He really is the doctor that talks the talk and walks the walk. If you have any questions about anything he'll answer them or refer you to another professional that can. Dr.Chan lacks compassion for patients brushing off all patient's concerns and questions. When Dr.Chan found out he didn't have the credibility to treat patient's specific illness; his demeanor immediately changed to being disrespectfully rude. At first we gave Dr.Choon-WengChan the benefit of doubt that he was acting improfessional, because of stress. Trying to avoid conflict, we continued to seek Dr.Chan's care, to which he continued being ignorant and disrespectful.
