I was in my Hallmark Shop and saw these pajamas by Mirabeau and the colors were so pretty.I bought two pair and I'm glad I did. They are soooo soft and comfortable! I asked the sales woman how much the dress in the window was and she replied "expensive" with a condescending look. Do I look like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman? Was this really happening? Mirabeau DEFINITELY deserves the WORST review from me. This is a bridal boutique in Englewood that will make a bride feel absolutely horrible. The sales people are rude and don't have much sales skills or knowledge of their own merchandise (they didn't even know the brand names of their own dresses). When I went there with my friend who is getting married - they treated us horrible from the minute we walked in (perhaps because we are younger), telling us not to touch things with our dirty hands (yes, they said dirty), telling the bridesmaids to butt out of the decision making, not allowing the bride to wear a dress more than a minute before rushing her out of it like she was going to steal it. When she asked to try on a veil w/ a dress, they said no unless we're planning on buying it. OH, I should also mention that they were letting my friend try on dresses that were ALREADY bought by other brides... Just horrible. Wow, I had the opposite treatment than the previous reviewer at this cute boutique. Guess they must have had a bad day. I've driven by this store hundreds of times on 9W but never thought I'd wander in, but I'm so glad I did. I didn't get any personal attention when I went browsing at the mall, so I was surprised with all the attention I got here. Within a couple minutes of walking in, the sales lady asked what I was looking for. I showed her some magazine pictures I cut out and then she told the other sales lady in Korean (I think) to look for specific dresses. She brought out 4 dresses--2 that looked like my magazine pictures and 2 that were different from what I thought I wanted. I tried on all 4 even though I thought I wouldn't like the 2 they picked. But they must know what they're doing because I went with one of their picks. It was one of those "you'll know the dress when you try it on" experiences! They brought out a simple head piece to match after they saw that I loved The Dress. Best of all, they were very reasonable yet straightforward about the price. Luckily my dress was from last season, so the sales lady said she could give me an extra 20% off the price! I already set 2 appointments for fittings and I'm bringing my bridesmaids with me so they can pick their dresses. The lady said she could give us a good price on the bridesmaid dresses, too! read more

DO NOT GO TO MIRABEAU. as a customer, i've never been so disrespected in my life! they ALLOWED me to only try on 3 dresses for about 30 seconds each. when one of my bridesmaids felt the fabric on the dress, they shooed her hand away and told her not to touch it because she was going to get it dirty. she asked if i could try a veil on with the dress and they said NO. and then they tried to sell me a used dress without telling me upfront that it was used! also, i later found out that i was actually trying on some other girls dresses that they had already bought! i don't know about anyone else but i would not want random ppl trying on my dress. i stayed there for about 15 minutes and they pretty much kicked us out saying they had another appointment in 30 mintues. i don't kow what the hell is wrong with these ppl! oh yea, and while i was changing out of a dress, they thought we were taking a picture of the dress so they opened the curtain to the changing room! mind you, i was half naked and flashed all the drivers on the 9w that day. DO NOT GO THERE. IF YOU DO, I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU WOUD BUT GIVE THAT LADY A GOOD KICK FOR ME. there are so many nicer and accommodating bridal salons like rana bridal right across the street. i ended getting my dress there. i don't want anything to do with this place mirabeau and i will let everyone know that this place is NO GOOD. horrible service, horrible evil women, and just shadyyyy! read more
