One of the dudes in our party wasn't wearing his bowling shoes and got our entire party of 6 kicked out. The lady at the front marched over and without warning just kicked us out when we had just started our game. Apparently she had warned the people next to us TWICE that if they didn't put their bowling shoes on they would be kicked out, but our party got 0 warning and was kicked out immediately. This place is great, but a major setback is the ball catch. When your ball comes back, the catcher belt just launches your ball and it gets banged on the rails. Not a fun thing to witness when you just bought a brand new ball. Other than that, it's a fun place to be. If they made them so that the ball comes out much smoother, slower, and softer onto the rack, then I would be more comfortable coming back. read more

First time there. Lanes and bowling area was clean and all the equipment worked great. Eat before you go though. Food was awful. Onion rings and fries were about as good as eating a cold, wet sock and the "chili".....no words can describe the terrible, mostly gelatin substance poured over the soggy fries. Bathrooms were a wreck and the kid working the front counter had the customer service skills a rude box of hair. Completely indifferent to the customers and did not reciprocate politeness. Which is really odd considering I have personally met the owner and he is a really great guy. Pretty standard bowling alley here with several lanes, some arcade games and standard bowling alley food (pretzels, nachos, etc.) When we were there it was pretty quiet and the employees were attentive and helpful. My only complaint was that in an entirely empty bowling alley, when another group came they put them right next to us. Why? All in all this is a great alternative to busier places like Fatcatz and provo beach resort. read more

Great place to go bowling! Other bowling alleys tend to blast music obnoxiously loud. However, Miracle bowl kept the music low so you could actually enjoy talking with you were with. The staff was very friendly and offered free drinks because we were having a little birthday party for a friend. read more

Terrible lanes to use your own bought balls on. Oiled terribly and the machines scratch and chop up your ball on return. Not worth going here if you live close. Will never return back here to bowl with my own balls again. Waste of money. read more

This place gave us awful service. Anyone who was there to bowl was put in the same corner which is strange because were supposed to social distance. We asked to move and were told no and then after a while they told us we needed to hurry up and leave because they wanted to oil the lanes. What a fun place to gather for a work party! We had so much fun! The pizza was wonderful!

The absolute worst customer service. Our balls were chewed up after one frame of bowling. We reported the damage immediately. One ball was purchased at Thanksgiving and the other the second week of December. Photos were taken of the damage. An employee disappeared behind the lanes for 15 minutes. When he came out from behind the lane said he fixed the problem. We left our balls and were told someone would call us on Monday. More than a week passed and no one called. I went by to find out what was going on. Pretty much called a liar. After spending almost an hour, the owner agreed to replace our balls. Both balls were too damaged to be repaired. I dropped off our balls a week ago to be measured for the new ones to be drilled. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes without a single employee offering to help. The owner came walking up. I said hello and that I was dropping off our balls. The owner told me he was bowling and someone else would have to help me. He just walked off. My husband called to find out what was going on. He was informed the balls were complete. They were sitting there and again no one bothered to call. Worst customer service! We will not be back! read more

I wish this had a 0 star rating. I was with some of my buddies and this league was sitting next to us. The lane between us and the league was closed. We did not enter their side but the worker came to us and told us if we did not stop going to their side that he would kick us out. I don't know how this place is still in business. They decided to move us at our last round. I was about to get a soda and the girl stops me midway through my sentence and said wait in turn and pointed to my friend. We ended up just leaving without buying a soda. Can't believe we did buy a round. read more

If you're a competitive bowler like myself and you spin the ball don't go to this ally. The lanes haven't been waxed in what seems like weeks to months. My ball was getting no break at all. Go to Jack & Jill's in American Fork or Fats Cats in Provo because the lanes here are not properly taken care of. Won't be returning. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED! If I could give this place a 0 I would. Right after we paid and let them know our shoe size the old lady working at the desk refused to let 1 person in my group change their shoe size since she realized the shoe was too big for her. The old lady kept going on about how we told her these shoe sizes and that's what we get. No exchanges. Then as we were bowling, one of the teens in my group had never bowled in her life and half way through the game she still had not hit a pin. I went up and asked for them to put up the brackets for her when she bowls and the guy working told us no they are too thin and only 12 and under can use those. We would have gone somewhere had we known since we knew she would probably need those. The last thing that happened was right when the last person in my group was bowling their last ball. The guy comes over and gets a ball that was sitting in the gutter for a few turns (first time bowler didn't realize she had to wait). He then comes over to me and YELLS at me! He told me if this ever happens again we better come tell him immediately and not just let it sit there. No please. No nice tone. Nothing but screaming. Absolutely worst experience ever! read more

This place accomplishes what it sets out to do - it provides bowling. The building itself is fairly small. I think there are only about 16 lanes total, but it doesn't seem to be crowded if you go on a Saturday afternoon. Forget Monday or Friday nights. On Mondays, you have the huge families that like to go for the Monday discount on games and shoes. Oh, how we Mormons love a good deal! The place is packed on Friday nights with the kids from the local high school that like to pretend their emo and make out with their "sweethearts" in between each of their turns. There is a section in the back with about four pool tables, and these also attract the high school folk. Sorry, but it's not really my ideal outing to have to deal with these kids...hmm...perhaps I'm bitter about my age. No, I think it's just that some of the only "fun" places around Provo and Orem are usually swarming with crazy hormonal teenagers. Enough for that rant...Miracle Bowl is pretty good for the purpose of bowling. I recommend it more than the bowling alley on BYU campus, which appears much smaller and typically houses the married couples who need to find a date close to their off-campus apartment and can't find a sitter so they bring their 4-month old. But no matter where you go in this little valley, you can't escape the bubble...perhaps only some may know what I mean by that. read more

I went here with a few friends on a Friday around 5:30pm ish. It was actually very empty, but I'm guessing it was because most people in UT were either just getting off of work or still at home getting ready to go out. It was actually very nice how silent it was there, well besides the thundering sound of my friends who don't know how to bowl. At first there was no music playing, but after another couple showed up the music started. The outside of the place looks very sketchy and overdue for a paint job, but the inside is very clean. I want to say they have 16 lanes but it may be more. They also 4 pool tables and a few little arcade games. They have the normal bowling alley menu, but I didn't see anyone order any food when I was there even when it got more crowded for cosmic bowling. I'm not sure what the breakdown of the charges were but we paid $45 for people, 2 games each and shoes. They have some great specials during the week days, I think I saw a flyer for $0.75 games on Tuesdays or Thursdays with a $5 cover. The pool tables have a $10 refundable deposit and $1 per game. I would not hesitate to go back. It may not be the most up to date bowling alley, but it's nice to get away from the crowd. read more

Waited for a lane for thirty minutes while watching people in line behind us get served. Went up to the counter to ask how much longer, was told "ten or fifteen minutes" and they offered to put us on the list. Then when we complained about having already been on the list for thirty minutes, all we received was a shrug at having been overlooked. Wasn't offered any kind of compensation for the screw up or the time wasted. Pretty miffed that we had to remind the guy that we were already on the list. Lane 7 kept breaking on us, and there was zero hussle from staff to go free it up. Had to tell them multiple times each time. They finally moved us lanes. Ran out of nacho cheese at 9:45 pm and didn't want to make more until we said (somewhat forcefully) that that's what we wanted. Literally would not recommend this place to anyone ever after our experience tonight. Also the drinking fountain has black mold growing on the part where water shoots out. Was told free refills for fountain drinks, went back for refill and different person there threw the cup away and said they don't do that. read more

Just had the absolute worst experience here. Our Lane stopped working 8 times in 6 frames. Even though it kept happening we never once got a sorry or any apology. The worker finally decided to move us to another lane when he said "this lane is really bugging me". When they told us what lane we were in it was next to a group of 10 girls who were taking up all the seats. My husband told them that it was ridiculous and we were leaving. They just looked at us like they didn't understand why we were upset and just say "K". And we left without offering a free game or even apologizing. Never going there again!! read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! Staff was very disrespectful to me and my family! One staff member was being smart mouth just because we didn't like the soda and kindly asked for a different soda. And another staff member came up to me and started speaking Spanish just because I have brown skin! I am Polynesian and I was wearing a Polynesian print T-shirt. A trip to miracle bowl comes complete with poor service, dysfunctional machinery, and a bad smell. The lanes are randomly closed with no visible effort going into fixing them. We really enjoyed Miracle Bowl! We found their facility to be very clean. We felt that their alleys were very well maintained, their house balls were in great condition and were not chipped!
