Awesome place to take your kids. Even just for the adults. I'd recommend getting a wrist band for unlimited activities. We did bowling, mini golf, rock climbing, and go carts several times. We also played some of the arcade games. The food was great also. For what it was. All proportions are huge. You will not stay hungry for long. read more

Came here because it's the closest indoor mini golf we could find. The way this place works is there are passes you can buy that get you access to pretty much all the activities at a time for a certain period of time. (Except the arcade games) Or, you can pay for mini golf or bowling separately for $10 per person. We first did the mini golf. Turns out he mini golf course is only 9 holes, and it's honestly the smallest course I've ever been to. Each hole is VERY easily completed in two hits. Our 4 year old and 2 year old did have fun, but even at their super slow pace we completed the course quickly. It was nice that they told us we could go around twice, but even then it didn't last long. I was left feeling that $40 was extremely steep for what we had just done. So for our older boy, we paid another $15 to get him access to drive the little kid go karts at least. I thought he would LOVE it, but there weren't any other kids doing it and the course is just a tiny circle so he got bored quickly So we then took him over to the foam pit. This was the most fun for him and he would have easily spent all night playing there While he played, we just got a $5 arcade card and took the little guy to play a few games. This was only enough to play 4 games, but the ticket return was pretty high. Managed to get a handful of little toys. Overall, I came away fairly underwhelmed. $25/person two hours of a variety activities at first seems cool, but each activity on its own just really isn't very exciting and $25 each adds up quickly. For a family of four you're dropping $100 for two hours. My thoughts are, if you want to go bowling, just hit up a bowling alley, if you want a cool indoor playground for the kids with a foam pit go to a dedicated indoor playground, and if you want to play mini golf, go somewhere like the boondocks, etc etc. you'll spend half the money you would at the rush and have just as much, if not more fun. read more

We are visiting from out of town and would love a place like this near us. It was reasonably priced for kids to spend a whole day here. We found it to be pretty clean (bathrooms were kind of lacking). Not busy at all when we went (Monday 3/23), so we found it to be a very little wait for attendants to come let us on. Most of them were very pleasant and good with the kids. The arcade games were expensive for credits and a rip off, but the rest of the attractions that came with the wristbands were pretty decent. The only negative to note about this place are the rules, rules, rules and more rules for everything you do, especially in a place that is supposed to be FUN. Before we left I had an experience with an attendant (training) with a god complex attitude who didn't like my son getting a small running jump into the foam pit. There were no other children using the foam pit and he had been doing it all day. I appreciate the idea of safety, but I was watching him. He's 10 years old and a gymnast, he's good. It wasn't written on the RULE board that he couldn't do so, so maybe you guys need to adjust to be fair to all or back off just a little bit and let the kids play. read more

I totally underestimated how fun this place would be. My boyfriend and I went on a whim to play Glow-In-The-Dark mini golf and ended up staying much longer to enjoy the other amenities. We went on a night where they were offering a pass to all activities for $18 for 90 minutes of play. We couldn't pass that up! We loved it. We didn't have to wait in a single line so we were able to do everything, some activities twice. From the looks of it, we may have had a uniquely positive experience. But we had a great time and I felt it needed to be shared! read more

We didn't mind the over $100 we spent even though we only had 1 1/2 hours to play. There's lots to do. The guy at the desk was very kind and helpful. The employees at the different station were less than friendly and not helpful at all. Especially the one at the foam pit. We won't be returning. Sad! It's a nice place but who wants to spend that kind of money to just use 1/2 the time waiting for help!!! read more

Purchased 4 all day passes for my daughter and family visiting from Switzerland. Was told on the phone that they had switched to 2025 pricing and 2025 passes were good now thru 2025. Alas, they show up and are told they will not honor 2025 passes until Jan 1 and there is nothing that can be done. They can refund $16 of the $35 spent as if that is a workable solution. These guys are a joke. At the worst they would be getting more money for a 2025 pass than a 2024. Don't bother with this place. No concept of business or how to treat customers. Find a different venue. I hear there's a great trampoline place nearby. The Rush Funplex West Jordan sucks. read more

Well we made it work! That is my attitude with the FunPlex. We just had a birthday party there, which we were the only ones having a party there that night. The party process is very complicated, since we had no communication or guidance after we made the reservation. The service was mediocre at best, the food was extremely disappointing! Not to mention multiple people were sick after eating there. My impression is corporate or management doesn't care, the don't care about the party's and the fact that on a Friday night they were empty. If it wasn't for our party the place would have been a ghost town. I would love for management to contact us since the experience was that bad. read more

Most of the games were broken. Would take your card and credits but would not function at all. Laser tag vest/gun was broken, as well as half of the team I was on. They had to restart the laser tag game multiple times. Needs some serious upgrades and updates. read more

My nephew had his 8th birthday here, and it was so fun! There is genuinely everything you could ask for from a family fun center; a bowling alley, laser tag arena, mini golf course, bumper cars, food stand, foam pit, climbing wall, trapeze swing, go karts, and a full party room. We were able to spend several delightful hours going through the different activities using punch cards that really made the whole process so much easier! read more

How disappointing to discover they no longer provide a military discount for our active military.

My kid jumped in the foam pit and his band came off. He is 5 years old so he didn't quite understand that he'd have to "retrieve it" in order for it to be so the staff present made us buy another. The manager gave the same response. We said we'd try and help him look and the staff guarding the entrance wouldn't let us in and said he'd have to ask one of the kids in there already, to help find it. He was forced to look all himself while we watched from outside. Terrible customer service by the few we worked with. We'll be taking our business back to Orem's location as they were great to us during the last birthday party held. read more

Two if my kids were riding on the go-karts when they crashed into a poorly designed sharp turn then another kart hit them from the rear. One got a large bruise where the harness was against his chest and complained of neck pain. The other complained of neck and stomach pains. I files an injury report but didn't even receive so much as a "are your kids ok?" It all seemed very robotic. The arcades are ok (big ones were down though). I am asking all our friends and family out there to never return to any RUSH Funplex at the Jordan Landing again. As you will support them for over working children, little to no breaks, force them to work over the child labor hours, this means forced to pull a double or be fired. Oh and don't let me forget the constant harassment from the children they have managing the place. Being called names and constantly being told they will be fired for minor things. I let my son try to handle this until they fired him because the 12yr managers just bluntly don't like him. I am in a way happy they did as I told him to quit weeks ago, but he wanted to stick it out. I will be getting statements from others who have endured the same. I am calling the BBU tomorrow and reporting them. Especially the unprofessionalism. As most of you know I am a manager have been for a long time, and this just boils my blood having them think they can screw with kids this way! Everyone please post and share! Wow this was the worst service ever. Booked a 4 hr party today. We got there ordered our food spent over $250 in food took over an hour to get drinks and food that was cold not even warm cold fries were soggy. Chicken on the pizza has freezer burn marks. Wrong pizza was brought they said it was delivered. No manager to talk to, one worker for 2 parties and it was her first day in the party room (not her fault). We asked for a manager no one to talk to. The drinks had no carbonation. Tito couldn't handle complaints or even offer to fix anything. We were kicked out of our table we paid for 2 hrs but didn't even get drinks until after the first hour and paid before our 1st hour started. The party host didn't know why I gave her a receipt to collect he food we ordered either. Very unprofessional wouldn't recommend this for a party read more

Honestly would give him a zero if I could about 30 kids over at the foam pit did not have wristbands and after spending over 100 bucks for a Family f four and having to wait to play in a foam pit while all these people that weren't supposed to play took over, which kind of disappointing. When I talked to somebody about it and the person was like I'm on break instead of actually taking care of it, so that's kind of pointless to highly recommend you take your money and your time elsewhere won't recommend this place ever again. Edit. I spoke the the person who said they were on break, they said how can I watch the bumper cars and the ball out at the same time, she was walking on break and could spent two seconds to tell them to leave. Then she was rude about it and it's the employee job to ensure that people pay. I won't be coming back and if I do I will just do what everyone else does and not pay. If this was my business I'd be careful because the owner is losing money daily because there employees just stand around not really caring about their job. read more

I came here for my nephew's birthday. My mother-in-law paid to have a party there for two hours for I think $100. I could be wrong on price, it could have been more than that. I saw online that we couldn't bring in our own food and drinks. I called about their menu and everything they said is something that our doctor told my husband and I could not to eat. I asked if we could be exempt from the rule since we are under medical orders. Also the rest of the party would be ordering from the menu. I was told by the manager, Karen, that we should eat before or after the party. "This is a policy." Airborne across the street has the same policy but is very accommodating in these matters. I already had a bad taste in my mouth about this company, thanks to Karen, when we entered. Yes, that is her real name. We get inside and it is complete chaos. Luckily my in-laws came earlier than my husband and I. They found someone about where the party was going to be held. We go up stairs to find a door. We open it to find a huge white room with white tables and chairs. Five rows of four long tables pushed together and some round tables on the other side. We actually closed the door to look and find the party room to find that, that was the party room. It felt like a business party room/insane asylum without the straight jackets and padding. There was nothing welcoming or inviting. Where other places like Airborne had colorful, individual, party rooms. Here everyone shares one large room. It got very loud in there. My favorite was when the staff said that they weren't expecting us to come in five minutes early to set up for the party and didn't have our tables ready. Instead of asking for the party's order prior to coming and how many guests were coming for wrist bands and game cards. We had to gather everyone up and take them downstairs in the obscenely long line. Luckily my mother-in-law had us walk to the front of the line. The games were over priced, no signs about where to get golf balls for the mini golf. We waited an hour for food. My husband and I sat at the side awkwardly since we weren't allowed to eat with the family. Again, medical professional's orders, we could have packed my husband and I a lunch and be able to eat with them. The adults and the kids were miserable. Go to Airborne across the street if you want a fun party. Rush Funplex focuses on the rush of the dollar and not the fun. I have already told multiple families not to come here. They too are disgusted about everything that transpired here. read more

We were going to host a birthday party here at first but we decided to do it at home and then come to this place, I'm so glad we did that after reading the reviews. We showed up to this place not knowing what to expect. So I went to the counter and told one of the staff members that It was our first time there, I asked her about the packages and how things worked there. She kinda helped so I decided to try out the 3 hour package. We wanted to try bowling but had no idea about reserving a lane until I went and asked a member, so I had to wait for a spot to clear up. In the meantime while we waited, we went to try out the go carts and had no idea how long we would have to wait to try em out but it eventually we had our turn. I finally got a text that our spot for bowling was available so we went there next and that wasn't too bad. Then I wanted to try out a game with the goggles and since I didn't see anyone in charge of it I assumed I could just play without a problem, I was about to put the goggles on until a staff member came up to me. I thought he was there to help, so I asked how did it work or how do I play the game. All he did was he told me to step outside the area, didn't answer my question and was completely rude about it. I was expecting him to explain it to me but he just walked away and left me standing there like an idiot. I felt very disrespected and disappointed with the attitude the guy had.
