I've been going here for years and they always do a great job! I never get my brows done anywhere else and I live out of state! However, today I was spit on multiple times by the lady, because she was chomping her gum and on the phone. I have never wrote a review before but I felt so violated & felt very uncomfortable. Also, hand hygiene is very important when working with multiple customers and touching clients. If workers aren't using gloves they should most definitely be using hand hygiene. Overall, they always do a nice job with my brows but I will never return because of what happened today. read more

My eyebrows were done completely uneven, she waxed half of one eyebrow off and left a hole in one. She cut too much off the top and was trying to have me leave w left over wax still on my face. When I told her I didn't like it, she said well it's wax... I have gotten my eyebrows waxed for 25 years and it's never looked like this. Plus you offer waxing, it's a service. Today I was refused service at Miracle Browz due to having my service animal with me. not a therapy dog - a certified service animal. the woman began screaming at me to tie up the dog at the door and I calmly told her is a service animal and I have been in with him before. she said not with her and kept pointing and screaming to get out and that she would call her husband (?). I left, knowing this is an illegal act by the business, and simply informed her I would report her and her business. The ignorance of people is unfortunate, and the public should be made aware of Miracle Browz' insensitive and improper actions. clearly I will not be able to go back. read more

This is my new go to place for eyebrows! Thanks to Nahid for working her magic on me every single time I go. The first time I went I showed her a picture and I was surprised to see how perfectly similar she made mine - the arch and thickness were on point! She listens carefully and always makes sure to ask how you like the brows before you go. The price is pretty good too -$13 without tip for eyebrows alone. Considering how few threading places there are here I considered this to be very fair. I paid $6 back in Southern California but I remembered that there were eyebrow threading places on practically every other block - the laws of supply and demand win. I come here to do the most painful thing I can think of doing to myself... Eyebrow threading. Jeez even the thought scares me, but even though its basically torture, I keep coming back. Let me tell you why... For me, eyebrow maintenance is more than necessary, its almost my life it seems so I've done everything possible I can think of to try and maintain them. Waxing seems to never look right to me, shaping with a razor is irritating (literally!) and plucking?... Pluck no! I had to face the fact that either way it was going to hurt, but after all that I'm sure to endure, they should look nothing less than perfect. I found out about this place from a friend of a friend, and on a whim decided to give it a try. Boy am I glad I did. Literally every time, my eyebrows look phenomenal! I will never return. Brows are one thing you just can't afford to mess up. They frame your face and take forever to grow back to a state where you can restart to what you wanted. I have given them chances more than once to get it right, thinking it was just the person that I had that day. But this last time was the last straw. Although I told the woman I wanted to keep them thick and natural, just a clean up, she proceeded to make one considerably thinner than the other with a high arch, saying that it's they way my arches are naturally. I've had these same eyebrows for over thirty years and have never had thin brows.....only on one one might I add! Even my husband, who usually doesn't comment about such things said I shouldn't have paid as soon as he saw me. I was just going to get my eye brows waxed because I am very picky about my eyebrows and I was scared that it would hurt. But actually it didn't hurt as bad as most people said threading does. I purchased a groupon that consisted of hair cut, partial highlights and style. It took several attempts to even get an appointment because the stylist refused to take any appointments after 5pm. Because I of my work schedule I was only able to take a Saturday appointment. After the stylist pointed out everything wrong with my current hairstyle/color my highlights were done. After being shampooed I had to wait another 20 minutes while she cut another clients hair. When she finally got to mine I STRESSED the importance of a slight trim- The first snip too off 2 1/2 inches. When I said something she said "its not length its only around your face." I NEVER said I wanted faced framed but she took it upon herself to cut a large amount off my hair! I left without blowdry or style. I will NEVER return to this salon and will NEVER recommend this salon to anyone. read more
