Very poor customer service, difficult to manage membership online. Response time getting back to customer is atrocious !

I took my car in after not visiting the car wash for over a year. Last experience was not good......and I thought I would give them a chance....hands down the worst car wash ever. On top of the poor job at cleaning the employees are rude and could care less if your car is clean or not. Never again. The only miracle is that they are still in business. read more

I would give them zero stars if I had the chance. First off no one there knows anything about their own service. Secondly, when I called I asked about tint removal prices and I was told $40 over the phone. The moment I walked through the door and asked lady behind the desk she instantly referred me to another man. He then tried to charge me $80 for two front door windows and told me they wouldn't touch the front windshield. First off Brad the manager is an arrogant idiot and owner should fire his ass! My parents car which had no previous damage when they took it in for wash and a piece of trim got ripped off. So they complained and Brad gave my mom attitude and then lied and told my mom the cars plate came back to a Hellen which is a lie and some other stuff! Don't go there and take your business somewhere else if this place is going to be run like this! Also take note that this place is recording people's plates! Said my moms car had been in there 2016 and 2017 which isn't true! So apparently Brad can't read plates either. So Jeff why didn't you make this right for my parents then? When we brought our truck to Jeff Hoftender's car washing facility, it was in Good Faith that it would be clean, we would receive all the services that we paid for and that it would come out of the facility in the same condition that it went in to the facility. Sadly, that was not the case, one tail light was hanging on to the truck by only the wiring assembly when it exited the facility. Somewhere along the line, during the washing process, our vehicle was damaged. Ethically, that makes the car washing facility responsible for the tail light. No matter what we say, the owner refuses to take any responsibility for the damage. I removed my previous review because bottom line, you can't expect an unethical person to run an ethical place of business, you can't expect responsibility from someone who denies everything and shifts the blame to others, and you can't expect someone to honor customer service when they have no respect whatsoever for their customers. It's a disgraceful way to do business. That's our experience with this facility and the owner. We won't be doing business with them in the future. read more

I spent $22 dollars on a wash and waxing under the vehicle and everything. The employees where extremely rude and didn't do what they were supposed to. My truck was still filthy...they did vacuum the interior but not very good there were spots that you could see weren't done and then I looked under my vehicle and the chastity wash I was supposed to get got just a wetting and wasn't washed like I paid for. Then I went into talk to a manager and he told me our equipment doesn't get under that or get that....so then why do you have it listed if you don't have the equipment??? Chassis bath doesn't clean under your vehicle. Staff was very rude, vehicle was vacuumed but missed a lot.

This place is HORRIBlE!!!! They are based on quantity rather then QUALITY!!!! The scratched up both of our vehicles! By wiping them dry with a rag when the dirt was still clearly there! Then management has the nerve to say "oh no that looks like it was already there", Really??!! If they are charging $31 a car wash why can't they let you choose a certain air freshener? They only have 2 different kinds, but when you go in to pay they have 8 other kinds of air fresheners as the one you get with the car wash. However you have to pay extra if you want a different scent instead of the basic New Car or Cherry. read more

I am totally disappointed with their quality of service and this is not the first time this has happened. I have tried to be patient over the years hoping (with no luck) that their service would improve, but it has not happened. Complaining to the manager sometimes works and sometimes it does not. This being said, I have lost all confidence with their car wash Once I have used up my booklet, I will take my business elsewhere. Several new car washes have opened in the past few years and maybe better competition will improve their quality of service or more likely put them out of business. read more

Not a good place. When the previous company owned it you got a good car wash and a clean interior. Now all they want to do is get you out of there. They very seldom vacuumed under the floor mats. Last winter I wanted the rust protection for the frame. They didn't even wash the snow off first. When I confronted the manager he had no answer other than I should have known that. Well why did they sell it to me if it wasn't going to work. Didn't even offer to refund me that part of the wash. I was in there yesterday and they vacuumed up my car charger and wouldn't even look in the vacuum to retrieve it. I wish they had some competition read more

Pretty bland. Bought the Ultimate, told the guy I would throw in $20 because I had dried mud on the driver floor mat that needed vacuuming. Really no extra attention was given, seats were never wiped down, and my door frame entry still had dried mud that I ended up wiping myself at Circle K when I ran my car through their auto wash to get it right. $31 bucks plus $20 tip to end up rewashing myself is not very promising. read more

Got the most expensive car wash/detail and they didn't wipe out the interior at all, the insides of the window aren't clean, terrible job vacuuming didn't vacuum the cargo area at all. If you want to pay 35 bucks for a job you could do in 5 minutes for 5 dollars yourself this is the place for you. read more

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. We have been doing the monthly pass (the most expensive one, mind you) since we've lived in Burlington. We ran into a few problems concerning our in house account and our bank accounts, so we did some research. Little did we know there were a few months they were double deducting our fees. We took brought it to the owners attention and he simply turned us away and said "dispute it with your bank". He knew that it was over the average dispute policy time frame for most banks. He was literally robing us. And I would assume he is doing the same thing to multiple paying customers. We got lucky a supervisor picked up the phone at the bank or else we wouldn't have had a chance at getting the hundreds of dollars they stole from us. read more

After reading all the terrible reviews I decided to give this place a try and I have to disagree with all previous reviews. There were no scratches, no bugs, no dirt...just a freshly cleaned car. I didn't have to pay extra for my scent and they even offered free popcorn while you wait. Best of all it was finished in under 15 minutes. I'm definitely going back! read more
