Yeah, I went there at…read more1000 - past the breakfast rush - but that doesn't mean I shouldn't be able to eat a fresh breakfast sandwich. The only ones I saw were in the hot case. I requested a special made one (bacon, sausage, egg, and cheese) and the woman at the counter, Jennifer, said "I can only do a sandwich with two bacons or two sausages." My response - perfect. Make me two sandwiches and split the meat on both of them. She got so irritated, literally for no reason and said "it will be 20-25 minutes." Oh. Is the dough still rising for the bread? It seemed so petty and controlling, and then she was surprised when I said "sure, I'll wait." You could tell she grew increasingly irritated so I said never mind, I'll just buy a sandwich that has been sitting here for a few hours. And that I did, and they were overlooked and old and unenjoyable. Thank you Jennifer, for the best breakfast ever. You're such a gem. She did however make me fresh hash browns that weren't salted and fell apart when I tried to eat them.

The attendant explained to me that they were running a special for a month for the price of a single car wash. I gave her my credit card and I was charged for the single car wash price. I went to have my car washed on 7/06, the attendant was by the door of the business not at the gate. She waved me through so I assumed my month was still valid. I checked my credit card account last night and saw I was charged on 7/04 for $26.74. I called Champion Express Car Wash headquarters to report the non authorized charge. The man apologized, said he would cancel my membership but I would still have to pay for the month of July since I used the car wash on 7/06. I explained to him that I did not sign up for a membership and was charged on 7/04 prior to washing my car on 7/06. I also explained that I paid for a single wash on 6/04 but was given the month for that single car wash price. He said he has my signature signing me up for a membership. Not sure whose signature he has because I did not sign for my credit card swipe at the gate. I also explained that the attendant was not at the gate but waved me through and he still stated I used the car wash on 7/06 so I had to pay for the membership. No customer service whatsoever! Make sure to check your credit card statements for additional charges from this business!

Happy to answer the phones. Very informative and clear spoken. I couldn't get there fast enough to give this great business some of my hard earned money! The workers here acted just like us CAR GUYS do in Detroit: They cared about the end result. I used to work at a car wash on the outskirts of Detroit for a year, and I took pride in my work, just like these guys do.
