They assured me they could succeed where others failed, but unfortunately, the stains remain. After the job was finished, they explained that the lanes are actually 'imprinted', the same conclusion the first company reached. At first, we were skeptical about the 2 hour dry time (compared to the typical 1-2 day dry time we were used to from prior carpet cleanings)... but we found this method to be so much better! Effective process safe for pets and children, with very little dry time and no large hoses being dragged in through the house from a truck. This process actually lifts dirt and odors out of the carpet vs. trapping or masking the dirt and odors as some other processes do. Wow that was a mistake. He not only didn't show up at the appointment hour. Wasting the customers time Mr. Smith wanted me to pay him upfront before ever going to the job site.
