We requested cleaning for a sofa, sectional, and rug at our office, and they did a great job! The tech was nice and finished within an hour. Miracle Cleaning was by far the best priced out of other companies charging at least double (contacted 4), so I was willing to overlook a few things which others may consider issues: 1) when scheduling an appointment, understand that it is meant to be a window of time. Even though we were the first appointment, they arrived 50 minutes after the start time but completed it within that window of time. Just be ready to wait around 1-2 hours prior or after your scheduled appointment. I spoke to someone there who explained all that to me after our initial appointment had to be cancelled because the tech left the premises after he arrived almost 2 hours early. I was willing to try again, because they acknowledged the situation and communicated with me via text/phone. 2) if your front door is really far from the location of cleaning, you'll want to make sure with them that their hoses will reach; luckily our office had a back door (again, didn't realize it would be an issue until they showed up). Be extremely cautious working with Jorge, the cleaning aspect was great... It's the price aspect that can be very deceiving. I would've rather have had a salesman at a car dealership tell me because at least I would've known the chances of being misled. I've already had to reach out to the Better Business Bureau of North Texas regarding this. If you see below in pictures, the estimate provided states an estimate for three hours for $97. Of course, two maids show up and were extremely pleasant to work with. 10-15 minutes later, I assume the owner's wife shows up which was also very reassuring that they were slow on business and were trying to take care of new clients. Upon the completion of the job, Jorge then provides an invoice (also pictured) for $244. I understand a first deep cleaning can tend to be a slight increase based off an estimate, but for an apartment under 1,500 sq feet seems to be a little bit off. After speaking with Jorge yet again, his response was only "well we charge hourly per maid". I would hope you do not need three maids to do an apartment of this size, better yet charge someone $150 more than quoted. read more

They just were at the house yesterday for the first "Deep Clean" before they start their bi-weekly service. I got a text saying they were on their way...they were on time...and they did a great job.
