I picked these up and didn't notice they weren't done as they were put in storage until I got my floor done. I looked and realized this and sent an email. He asked me to send pics of chairs and never heard back. I paid about $1,000 and provided fabric. Just feel I was given a run around when they were asked if they could correct the mistake. It's upsetting but will find another upholsterer.
