Very easy to do and they were very helpful. I show up, and they are all so nice and understanding. Went through a series of tests. More than I've ever been through. I mean, I get a physical every year, which includes a test, and they just tell you, yeah, your hearing is not so well. Here, they break it all down in a very professional way. Things go wrong from time to time and we have to go back and Vicki is legit MEAN to my little old mom for just asking simple questions about hearing aids. It's not tbe pediatric clinic its the adult Dr.Yehayes. First off I asked for a document so I could…read morego to see a nutritionist. I have Hasimotos which keeps me a bit over weight. This is a MEDICAL condition so how dare he put Obese on tbe document. I probably eat a hell of a lot more healthier then he does. Then I asked to be take off Levothyroxzine and put on Armour Thyroid. He tells me that Levothyroxzine is actually the preferred. I tell him why would I want to put a man made synthetic drug in my system when I can have a natural one. He then processed to tell me I was wrong. Levothyroxzine is not a synthetic man made medication that its made from...blah blah. Well that tells me right there he doesn't know his medication. Then when he sends the Armour Thyroid he sends it as some weird name its not even called then was rude to my pharmacy telling them other pharmacies can get it....well so can mine when the actual medication is named proper. Then he sends 2 different strengths which is NEVER heard of. My Endocrinologist that I saw in Palm Springs for yrs when I lived out that way was the one who showed me that Levothyroxzine is actually a synthetic man made medication and I think he would actually know this since its his line of work. I now have an appointment with an Endocrinologist to get me the correct dosage. When I called this office I told them about the 2 different strengths called in and they even told me....no way....not done that way.....one pill. Not 2 separate. I won't be going back to see him ANYTIME at all.

I must say since I walked in, I was amazed with the clean Disney vibe. My toddlers loved it. Staff was very friendly and polite. Nurses were very caring and had patience with my toddlers. They were so happy getting their vitals Office is very clean, staff is really friendly. Doctor was amazing showed her patient care concerns even though my toddler was having a moment to her self with a tantrum, she showed care and her patience that was a big plus for me. Doctor took the time with us overall I would definitely recommend to friends and family 10/10.
