Not only was the exam very thorough and professional but she clearly understood how to make a child feel comfortable and understand the exam process. We were hoping to find a local audiologist to avoid another trip/medical bills from Childrens and she was one of the best specialists we have seen in a long time. I have been wearing hearing aids for 60 years with a profound hearing loss. I am a difficult fit and Samina was great in getting me a very good aid and kept the costs in check. Then I arrive at 3:30 and the lady at the desk tells me that he might have time to look at them right away which I was over the moon excited about so I said sure! After checking out my ears and taking a look at my hearing aid, alex was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away. He even had all the parts available to fix my hearing aid!! when you rely on hearing aids every day and don't have them it is super stressful. I cannot think alex enough for his commitment to his patients and helping them out on such short notice!! She works along side her support staff and displays a great relationship with her colleague Kim whom manages administrative duties at the clinic.
