Mom had been dealing with another company in Quincy for DECADES so I called them to order a new mold. The other company has become part of a larger company and has lost all sense of customer service, I was told that in addition to the cost of the new mold, I would need to pay $249.00 for "their" services even though they wouldn't be seeing Mom. I am so THANKFUL to have found Tobias. I called them and found myself talking with Sarah. She was extremely helpful and understanding. They quality seemed very good and the convenience features were surprisingly comprehensive. I returned them only because the didn't work for me. I don't believe it is the fault of the hearing aids, just that I am not compatible with these particular hearing devices. Quite possibly, she could have provided hearin aids that would work for me. Unfortunately, my insurance only covers 2 of the models she carries. Any other devices would have been full price without any insurance coverage. My financial situation would not allow this. Secondly, when I asked to return them, she remained just as nice and friendly as when I was first a potential customer. The purchase price was promptly refunded and in full. I can strongly recommend Coastal Hearing.

The young lady on the phone was pleasant and friendly. However, when I got there, there were two young ladies at the desk who looked at me like I had 10 heads. Neither one welcomed me or said a word to me until I said something first. They both seemed so bothered. Overall the front desk staff was not friendly nor were they clear with their directions. The waiting area was clean and tidy. Seemed like I was the only one there. I didn't wait for long. I filled out the form and waited maybe 5 minutes and the MA, I believe her name was Maddison? Starts with an M. She was super friendly and easy going. She definitely knows the area well. I recently moved to the area and didn't have a pharmacy in mind. She quickly asked where I moved to and immediately suggested a cvs pharmacy I am familiar with 5 minutes from me. Shortly after she took my rapid strep test, the provider was in in less than 10 minutes. Dr. Paul Paganelli-- he was amazing! He listened to all my concerns and was super personal. He prescribed me antibiotics and I was on my way!! He made sure to walk me out and quickly sent the orders to my pharmacy. On my way to pharmacy, I received a text saying my prescription was ready for pick up! Amazing back end staff who truly cares.
