I appreciated her attention to detail with everything as well as her threading technique. Another thing I appreciated was how she was able to handle 2 customers gracefully at the same time. I got them tinted as well which was enhanced my overall look. She advised that i use castor oil to help with the regrowth of my brows which i truly appreciate. I was having the hardest time finding a salon that wouldn't overdo my brows, despite my being very clear in asking. It's taken me years to get any growth out of my right one specifically. I went 5 days before my wedding - plenty of time to let weirdness die down before the big day. Masks were required, they enforced social distancing & the technicians were cleaning & sanitizing at every step. Their customer service was very good and my brows turned out better than they've ever been. Plenty of hair still in place to help shape new growth, no redness and my makeup artist even said how nice & clean they were! Pictures came out great and I've found my new "home salon!" Definitely do Killer.

I was recently in town for a friend's wedding and received a manicure and pedicure at Deluxe. Within two days, I had an infection develop on my thumb where the side of my thumb nail meets my thumb- presumably from the tech's cuticle cutting work. I was able to treat it at home, but it was painful for a few days. Additionally, I noticed only after a few days that there was dark discoloration at the base of my large toenails/cuticle areas. After removing the nail polish, I've discovered large bruises underneath both of my big toe nails. This has never happened to me before. Lastly, when I went to use the on-site ATM to pay for my services with cash, I was automatically prompted to view my account balance and after I navigated through that screen, I was forced to reinsert my card and only then was able to take out cash. This resulted in an additional $3 fee from the ATM - so to simply use their ATM, I was charged $6 in fees. I would have just rather paid with my card! I am not from the area, but ultimately, I really felt I had to share my experiences, as I was not satisfied. The salon is beautifully renovated and able to serve a large quantity of clients, but I hope they read this review and take this feedback to make the experience better for others.
