My daughter sent me flowers via Miracle for a surprise treat. She lives out of the country, and ordered them online. The flowers were delivered today. They were wilted, and the water was murky, indicating that the stems were already rotting. I called, and the bouquet is supposed to be replaced for no additional charge. (I guess!) I read the reviews and was flabbergasted. Normally, I agree with other people. This time-not so much. Ok, so maybe at first I was super pleased because my son sent me flowers unexpectedly. The delivery person placed the flowers outside and rang the bell. He stood far, but turned and left before I even got outside. The flowers were really pretty and they lasted forever. The roses lasted awhile, but then I pulled them out, and the rest lasted more than another week. They may have changed since the bad reviews. I would use them again. read more

I would give this company zero stars. My husband ordered 3 dozen red roses for my 60th birthday together with a helium balloon that said Happy Birthday. The vase was not level on the bottom so it had a slight tilt back and forth and with that many flowers they had a wrong size vase. We had to remove the 3 dozen red roses and put in a different vase. When they arrived the roses were open and the balloon with deflated. We requested that they redeliver the order. The next day they delivered the flowers without the balloon the vase was larger but the bottom still had the tilt. After a couple of days they never opened and just drooped. I would not recommend this company at All! read more

I would give it zero stars if I could. I'm not sure how this florist is still in business. You can't possibly call yourself a florist. I'm on the receiving end of the flowers. The sender is very upset because 1. The order didn't come by 1pm it came at almost 8pm. 2. It was not what she ordered 3. It was supposed to come with 3 latex balloons and you will see it did not. No florist would send this kind of order out. They must've purchased the cheapest bouquet from a cheap grocery store and cut off the clear packaging and literally threw the flowers into a vase and picked up some dollar tree balloons and tied them to the vase. The flowers are just sticking out of the vase and some are dead. The leaves have little holes in them. You should be ashamed of yourself conducting as a florist and a local florist! You are scamming people. People entrusting you with the responsibility of delivering a beautiful gift whether for a birthday, sympathy, so many thoughtful and sincere occasions....and this is what you do?! I don't post many reviews, but I have to let our community know not to do business here unless this is what they'll be ok with. I hope all of the web based floral companies such as FTD removes you as a local vendor. I am not one to ever bash a company even when I've been wronged, but this deserved an honest review. read more

I received a bouquet of flowers about 3 days ago from a couple of my daughters friends who visited from out of town from this place. When I received the flowers I notice that this white bouquet with roses and others looked a bit brown on the edges. But I thought OK don't be so nitpicky or let your OCD get the best of you. However, 3 days later and they are now really brown and wilting. The roses never opened up and are wilting. Ordered a bouquet online specifically for the baby boy theme (gift for my sister who just had her first baby today) & she received a ridiculous looking bouquet primarily made up of cheap white daisies. The bouquet that I ordered had a few daisies, I even paid more to have a fuller bouquet. Instead of the nice baby themed vase, it came in a clear glass vase that showed off the ugly stems.
