We ordered four funeral sprays for our father-in-law's funeral--three from immediate family members and one on behalf of a relative. Unfortunately, only one of the four sprays was acceptable. The remaining three contained significantly fewer flowers than what was shown in the photos on your website. What is especially disappointing is that the same spray ordered through FromYouFlowers was both less expensive and noticeably fuller and more visually appealing. Given the importance of funeral arrangements, this was extremely upsetting. These sprays were sent by close family, and they held deep meaning for our father-in-law and for us. Disappointed, I read most of the reviews and was hoping for a good easy purchase. What I ordered vs what I received is very different. I understand they have a substitution policy but it seems like the whole bouquet was substituted. The flowers themselves are nice but for the price I was expecting what I actually ordered. I came here to order a funeral spray and received excellent service. I ordered a $169 spray and was charged an extra $15 for the ribbon and another $15... but not what sure it was for. All good though. The owner offered to deliver it at 6:30 am which was when the service started which was incredibly generous! After looking at reviews for a few florists to order flowers for a Memorial service, I settled on Land Park Florist. I called Ron and told him that I needed an arrangement for a veteran's memorial. He said he would create something really nice in my price range (around $150). The next morning Ron called to give me a heads up as to the location of the cemetery, which was appreciated. When we saw the flowers, they were absolutely stunning! Red, white, & blue with a ribbon to match. Another arrangement from a different florist in the same price range wasn't nearly as beautiful. Although the total cost ended up being almost $180, it was absolutely worth it. II will definitely use Land Park Florist again. Thank you Ron! read more

Ordered flowers to be delivered for a birthday, and the bouquet that was delivered fell a little short of expectations. The business did call me the morning of to let me know they were out of peach roses and white spray, and confirmed they would substitute them with the same types of flower, just different colors. I said this was fine, and they replaced the roses with pink ones (which was totally fine). But - they made a huge amount of additional substitutions/replacements, including (1) substituting the leafs/stems with entirely different plants, (2) including sunflowers, which didn't match and changed the whole look of the bouquet, (3) failing to include any yellow roses at all, and (4) including orange lilies when they were all supposed to be yellow ones. Also, I ordered the deluxe bouquet, but it looks like a standard one was delivered based on the fact that there were much less flowers in the bouquet than what it looked like online (e.g., the online deluxe bouquet shows 10+ daisies, whereas the one that was delivered only had 5). Probably would not order from here again, as I don't think the value was what it should have been. read more

Whereas every other quote was $650-800, LPF quoted us $350 & ended up only charging us $308!!! I ordered a Bride's Bouquet of red roses w/ white flower accents and greenery, 2 Bridesmaid's Bouquets-White flowers and greenery accents. 4 Groom/groomsmen boutonnieres: Groom: white rose, Groomsmen/FOB: red rose. 3 Mother's boutonnières of white roses ($12 vs $40 wrist corsages), mix of red & white petals for the flower girl, and baby's breath for the flower girl's hair. I was worried that I'd "get what I paid for", only because it was soooo much cheaper than every other quote I'd gotten. But I also knew I just didn't care enough to spend more than double for flowers. Not only did the owner deliver our florals to our hotel venue early the morning of our wedding, but they were BEAUTIFUL!!!! I cannot recommend this small local business enough. They deliver with beautiful products at a reasonable price. I made sure to take pictures so other brides (& others) could see what I wish I could have when I was shopping around. Their prices aren't due to lower quality, but rather because they value their customer & don't choose to overcharge them. Was planning to order flowers for delivery for a special occasion recently and wanted to support a local business, so ordered from Land Park Florist! I did not have prior experience with them, but saw the good reviews here and decided to try them out. I ordered online and they delivered my flowers on the chosen day as scheduled. However, I was a bit disappointed to see from the photos taken that the arrangement was not quite as pictured on the website. I could understand some substitutions needing to be made due to it being a busy major holiday with many other orders to fulfill and a more limited inventory available, but the overall size in general was much smaller than expected, despite having upgraded my order to Deluxe. It was not bad per se, but underwhelming compared to what I was expecting and hoping to send that day. The flowers did arrive timely and safely, and my recipient liked them a lot, which was the most important part! From what I could see, they seemed vibrant and fresh enough, albeit a bit small, and everything was written correctly on the card. But I would be a little nervous about ordering again in case something similar occurred, especially if it's for another holiday where it's typical to send flowers and my order is just one of many - perhaps the experience would be different ordering on a less popular weekend in the future? read more

Well what an emotional rollercoaster today was. First off I would like to thank Ron from the bottom of my heart for being so understanding, attentive and sweet. This Mother's Day I was planning on coming up to Sacramento to visit my mom, my mom has some health issues and isn't able to travel, I unfortunately came down with Covid. Completely crushed I decided to send my mom some flowers. I know how passionate my mom is about supporting small business in the community she lives in. I went online and found this little place not far from her house, found a beautiful array of arrangements and made a choice. I was contacted by Ron and he explained that they were not doing specific arrangements for Mother's Day but rather a variety of different arrangements ranging in prices. No problem there as I trust the reviews I read and knew it would make my mom happy. Unfortunately with being sick with Covid and having a bit of brain fog I apparently entered a 5 in place of a 3 in the address online. When I called the store because I hadn't head from my sister that the flowers hadn't been delivered to my mom, I was a tad emotional. The lady who initially answered was helpful and assured me she'd look into it. Not a few moments later I received a call from the owner Ron. So patient and understanding! More than willing to go the extra mile to help me figure out what in the world I did wrong. Needless to say, an angel with flowers, I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and compassion. On November first , I received a delivery of fresh flower arrangements from Land Park Florists. It is now December 8 and I still have part of the flower arrangement intact and looking good enough to display and admire. These are seriously the longest lasting flower arrangements I have ever had! The arrangement was a pretty mixtures of Daisies, roses, carnations, and some other living things. The flowers were vibrant and full when I received them. I was able to keep all flowers for a full 2 1/2 weeks . I changed the water once a week only. After a couple of weeks i picked out the more delicate wilted flowers and rearranged the remaining flowers including the deep red carnations and they kept for another two weeks ! Incredible !! A week ago I finally had to let the carnations and a few other parts of the arrangement go . I'm now left with kind of a dry arrangement , but the colors still look good and fits the fall season !! I'm very happy with my lovely flowers. They were on time with the delivery, which was called in. They will also handwrite your messages for you ... which was kind of funny because the card I got started out with "Hey Babe..." , and it was obviously not my "babes" handwriting! The owner was incredibly patient as I selected and developed an arrangement, and I found the pricing to be very reasonable. Also, I should note that at some point I selected a few flowers to add, and the owner went out of his way to point out that those particular ones weren't quality at that point since it looked like they wouldn't open up as expected.
