I explained that my company only issues spare keys in emergency situations and asked if he could continue searching for the missing key. Instead of addressing the issue, he responded dismissively, telling me to stop focusing (dwelling) on the key and implying that if my vehicle had been in an accident, it wouldn't be in the shop. I reiterated that it is the shop's responsibility to keep track of the vehicle key. He then replied, "Well, I won't have it until next week." He then intentionally hung up on me while speaking. Additionally, I was informed that the necessary parts are on backorder, meaning my car will not be repaired anytime soon.
