My mother-in-law has spent a lot of time looking at beds. She wanted to make sure that it was adjustable and had a memory foam mattress. After visiting what seemed to be every store in town we ran across Miracle Mattress on NW 410. Joe S. gave us some time to walk around the store then offered to help us. My mother-in-law had already found what she was looking for and it was listed for a great price. He took his time and told us about the bed and the features that the new mattress offered. The nice thing was that he didn't pressure us at all. We took another day to drive around and look at prices. Miracle Mattress still had the best deal going by far. Joe was working again and greeted us by name when we went back. Needless to say, we left today having purchased the bed and mattress. So far, I'm extremely glad we took the time to go there. The bed/mattress was extremely popular and they should receive it on Wednesday and deliver it the same day. I will post an update on how that goes and on the quality of the bed when it gets here. We stumbled upon this establishment after lunch and came across a floor salesmen named Brian and the Floor Manager Art..We talked about the pricing and everything sounded great with the discounts and such, but after signing was the start of a horrible beginning. Firstly, they don't give you an exact time as for when delivery is, so you are essentially running on their time not your own..Total inconvenience to the consumer...I had called the day before the scheduled delivery date and spoke to Art. I asked him what time more less was his movers going to stop by and he told me more towards 2p or after 3pm.. Again not an exact time.. I call the next day of delivery ( at 3pm) and Art answers...."Oh my god I just was about to call you"... sure....He then tells me it would be sometime between 5pm-8pm. So I wait..Finally around 7:30ish they call me that they're outside my apartment building. When they leave and I'm looking at the quality of the mattress I'm immediately disappointed. It looked like it has been used before me (probably the show room model) with several marks and not to mention the brand scratched out with a permanent marker. I call the establishment and talk to Art. He essentially told me you got a cheap discounted mattress so deal with it. I work for a hotel and always make sure my guests are taken care of and would NEVER handle it this way. That's like telling a guest of mine "Oh you found roaches in your room and your sheets weren't cleaned? Too bad, you payed a discount rate so don't complain" Totally unacceptable...I told Art I would not write a bad review but at the end of our conversation it was clear from these reviews he is not going to fix the situation. Once we arrived in the store, we were not left alone for one minute to look around or discuss our options. He stood near me and my husband the whole time, making me anxious and uncomfortable. So without being able to talk privately to my husband, we said yes to a king size platform frame. Which we have only had for one week, and it had broken 3 times. We've reinforced it with actual wood from Lowe's, and yet it still snaps in all the places the flimsy wood is located. And of course "all sales are final" and no exchanged unless we wanna pay an additional $100. No thanks. Never again. Will not recommend this store to anyone. I really wish I would've had time away from a salesman to look the company up and read some reviews, and had I come across the disgusting and tasteless 9/11 ad this company filmed, I would've NEVER stepped foot in their establishment. The customer service here sucks. The lady that did the horrible twin towers commercial was the one that sold me two twin mattresses. She spoke in a monotone voice the whole time.. The ONE time her voice changed to a friendly tone was only to compliment my nails. She told me the mattresses would arrive before 7. I literally live 3 mins away, so at 6:55PM I called because they had not arrived nor did I recieve a call that the time would be pushed. When I called, she answered in her monotone voice. I asked why the mattresses hadn't arrived yet. (I had other things to do so I was waiting for them to show so I could leave as soon as they were delivered) She responds "oh they'll be there at 8 now" Ummmm, why wasn't I called and told this? The call went downhill aftee that. She got really rude on the phone, which of course pissed me off. Eventually I asked for a refund because of the way she started talking to me. Her tone had even more attitude in it, so by that point I was demand the refund. Thats when she gets whiny.. and puts another guy on the phone... He talks to me the way you should talk to an unhappy customer... but at the same time made excuses for her attitude telling me someone in her family passed away.. now I didn't mean to sound insensitive, but I didn't care... if a death in your family occurs and you're gonna work that day, you do not take it out on the customer. Don't go into work if you're dealing with a death. Common sense. He proceeded to basically beg me to keep the mattresses so I told him they needed to arrive within 15 mins or they will give me a refund.. They arrived in 10. I should also mention that he mentioned giving me some sort of "gift" for my troubles. I called today inquiring about a queen and I asked about this "gift" He said it was a long time ago (about 3 weeks ago) So that offer is gone. He said he could help me find a mattress but thats it. So now, I'm at another mattress store about to spend $300... $300 that would've gone towards this failing business. Crappy customer service because of crappy employees. After reading all these previous reviews, makes me wish I read them sooner since my recent experience is similar to the others. I financed a queen size mattress & bed frame with them since they told me it came with a 30 day guarantee return and free delivery. When it came to the financing, they said I had to state to their financing company that they will delivery same day to start the day of financing as of today. They promised me they would delivery my mattress same day. Never did. I had to call them & then they said something happened to their truck that they'll be there tomorrow at 9am. They were not. I called them a little after 9am to ask them whats going on. They said they were having trouble in moving one of the trucks that were parked behind the truck they use to make deliveries to. As soon as I said that I would just cancel it, they came 15 mins later. Bed frame delivered 2 weeks later. Mattress was brand new but horribly uncomfortable & hard. I told them I needed a soft mattress & it wasn't soft like the floor model they showed me. Sound like the other negative reviews? I immediately asked to return my mattress. Kept telling me week after week... That they ordered a soft king instead of a soft Queen. 3 weeks went by of the same excuse & I finally escalated the situation. Manager was so rude! Basically told me I was shit outta luck. I'm stuck with what I have. Even while I was telling him the situation, I can hear him talking over me to other people in the store like if he moved the phone further from his mouth so I wouldn't hear him talking. Lesson learned & all advice I can give.... If you're paying cash straight up & you've done your research to see if it's the best deal you can get, then great but when they say 30 day guarantee...Get that in writing... along with the delivery timeframe they tell you. read more

I bought a good mattress at a great price BUT when workers started packaging the mattress to load in my truck they started packaging one that is a fraction of the price and much lower quality. When I called them on it they kept saying it is the same mattress as the one I bought. However, even the brand tag showed clearly that it was different. Even the sales manager kept staring they were the same when anyone with sight could see they were different. I'm glad I watched closely because the price I paid was no bargain unless I actually got the mattress I thought I was buying. I have a job and had to take off of work to be here. Not impressed. Manager told me it takes 3 - 5 days. But if that was the case then why have a delivery date on invoice? This is quite possibly the worst buying experience I've ever had. I should have known something wasnt right when the deal was too good to be true. It has been 3 weeks and we are still dealing with this BED!. The salesman was good and gave us a great deal after we found a better deal online from Walmart for the same bed. He matched the offer because the entire time he kept telling us we wouldn't find a better deal (we did. Online, in front of him) . Thats where the "good service" ended. After a screw up on the correct delivery day, they delivered the WRONG bed and had to bring another one (which meant more time out of my Saturday waiting). Then the adjustable bed they did bring, didn't work!! They did repay the delivery fee after my husband got very loud with guy on phone. The following day the manager came out to "reset" the bed however, he was unable to and promised a new bed to be delivered later in the following week. The following week came and Again they delivered a new bed that would not work properly! The manager then promised yet another bed. After another few days, we had to call them and asked for the manager and were informed he no longer worked there...GEEZ!! So then, we start dealing with another person who says he knows how to reset the adjustable bed and would come out. He never showed and after calling to see when He would be at our house (as he didn't show when he said he would) we left a msg with a guy saying he had stepped outside and he would give him the message to call us back. WE ARE STILL WAITING!!! NOW, I GO TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!!! RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THERE ARE OTHER MOM AND POP BUSINESS IN SAN ANTONIO WITH GREAT DEALS & BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! For now, we are stuck with a non syncing adjustable bed. read more

First off, I didn't know about the commercial that had aired about this place otherwise I would have never walked in. But the service was great. Got a pretty good deal for a queen sized, pillow top with a bed frame and it came in 2 days later. The only reason I am not giving this place 4 stars is because when I went to go pick it up, I noticed it was not the mattress I had ordered. They sent me home with a temporary mattress that I had for about 3 days when they came to my house and switched it out. I never received bad service from them, I just think the communication is just not fully there. My receipt had the correct mattress so it was not the sales guy's fault. read more

All I can say is that I'm glad I didn't purchase here. I found a better deal at a local mattress shop out by wetmore after doing my own research. I'm seeing mixed reviews about the place now , and maybe other salesman/woman have been good, but this guy Tony who was a chatterbox and doing too much left a lasting impression about the place for me. I'll never go again . It's sales I get it , but bc I'm a young woman doesn't mean I'm a sucker. FULL ON BAIT AND SWITCH. I go in there just to browse but budget in mind, Tony comes over and says multiple times "JUST PICK THE MATTRESS YOU WANT , ANY, and I'll give to you for 399." He continues to run his gums about how they buy these mattresses this cheap and they bump up the prices majorly to meet their desired profit. I'm talking multiple times. Guy liked the sound of his own voice. Im assuming it's true and also his tactic to get me to think okay well hey he's working with me I'm getting a great deal let's do it. All this guy's talking gave me a funny feeling , just disclosing too much and too persistent, but i chose to put it aside, for sake of being desperate for a mattress, said okay I'll come back tomorrow with cash , as requested by this guy. Only cash he said. Because he's so busy talking talking talking , he then said "just bring 340, ehh 300 for box spring and mattress". Final price he said before my exiting store. I come back the next day , point again to the mattress that he saw me select the day before, clear as day and confirmed , then says ok great , leaves, comes back with a paper and says that'll be 499, delivery not included. When I said that's not what we discussed yesterday , INSTANTLY lost his chipper / friendly act started back tracking and said "yeah but that mattress is in a different tier of my truck" kept trying to talk over me , so I interrupted him and explained I'm going by alllllll the talking you did not even 24 hours ago , you followed me around this store and said ANY MATTRESS, it's a good deal let's go let's do this ... selected which one I wanted, told me come back tomorrow and here I am now trying to switch it up on me. I said ok so show me what mattresses are this "300" you're talking about , box spring included. After that , guy was rude, responded very rude , flicked his wrist here and there at the ones in the right "tier" now, visibly annoyed , wouldn't even make eye contact anymore. I wasn't satisfied so I split. Guy instantly changed up bc I DIDNT fall for his bullshit. I got my Sealy for 356 queen pillow top medium comfort, at a mom and pop warehouse. Brand new sealed in package. So for those of you who do decide to go in there, if you choose to go with this guy, be sure to talk to whoever is in charge and tell them hey this guy goes around saying he buys his mattresses for stupid cheap and jacks up the price by $500. So give me a better deal. Tell them he told you himself, because I guarantee you I was in that same store and overheard him telling another couple the exact same thing. That's his bit. read more

Very disappointed with Miracle Mattress and definitely will not be returning. I purchased a twin bed on a Thursday, was told it would be ready for pick up by Friday, but I could pick up any time. I came in on Monday to be told they had sold my mattress but could have one for me the next day. We live 45 minutes away from Miracle Mattress. I called and raised the issue with a Joe (no last name). He offered me a "free ugrade" to a better mattress at no cost. I accepted and returned the next morning to pick it up. I get it home and it is NOT a twin it's an extra long twin. Now I've had to go BACK to the store TWICE to fix their issue. I'm really not happy, and even considering disputing it with my bank for their negligence. Watch out y'all. You can get similar deals at mattress firm and they aren't nearly as shady. read more
