Selling a house and the hall bathroom looked good with the exception of the dated 60 year old tile and stained tub. Jim and Miracle Method did an absolutely fantastic job on the tub and tile. He has awesome communication and was incredibly honest and more than fair. Even my plumber who came in afterwards to install new hardware couldn't believe how flawless the work turned out. Jim refinished our shower pan several years ago, but it was looking dingy again, so I gave him a call about refinishing it again. He came over, said he thought he might be able to use his cleanser on it and with a little polishing it looks almost as good as new. Poop face Ira Hanson had some jack wagon moron he uses to fix such blunders...the examples of his work were atrocious! We were beside ourselves about this disaster. We literally went to every tub refinisher in town and looked at their work and product. We saw examples of Miracle Method and felt a slight ray of hope. Jim, the local franchise owner came out and was the friendliest person ever! His craftsmanship was remarkable! He took the time it took to get it perfect. Jim Shelton is an actual artist, as well as a very thorough and honest guy. He did work on our house at Lake Tahoe. He matched the color on some weird 25 year old tiles beautifully (I can't even see that they once had holes in them), and made our lame old bathrooms look new. When I tried to rush the job, he explained that it wouldn't work then - you have to leave dry times between the different phases or it won't bond.... and that you have to prep the surfaces properly. Once on the job, he got stuck in some indecision between my husband and myself about what to do on a bathroom. It was a little thorny awkward and personal, something he shouldn't have had to deal with, and he kept a totally cool and smiling attitude through the whole thing. What a cool guy and craftsman. You will not get better work from anyone, better prices or a better experience. read more

Jim does amazing work and is very honest guy. I got a quote to refinish my counters but it took a long time before I got to it as we were remodeling. At one point I got a quote for granite that seems almost reasonable but when they gave me my "official" quote it was almost double what the originally told me. Jim just finished my counters at my place in Tahoe and the cost was very reasonable and it looks amazing. You can tell by his work he's an artist, perfectionist and he doesn't cut corners. read more
