Terry came back and the result of the redo was much the same with a final surface about the same as 70 grit sand paper. He said I (the customer) could sand that smoother if I wanted. Just wanted him off the property at that point and he refused to refund any amount. Do not hire this company!

This is exactly how he performed the counter restoration job on our granite. He is a true professional. He has many years of this under his belt and his work shows it.
