The sales man was very nice, and so were the office staff I talked to. The men who came out to do the work, however, made the experience terrible. They said they might not be able to do certain things as promised, and the process went differently than was explained to me. They did say wall paint might get messed up, and it absolutely did in both bathrooms so I've had to repaint. They also pressured me to leave my bathrooms completely unusable in between the days they were there (sinks and vanities covered), toilets covered or blocked off by plastic, plastic and mess everywhere. I am happy with the result (after they came back to fix it afterwards), and I suppose if I had left my house for the week it would have been fine. I'm in the process of remodeling my bathroom myself. The last thing I needed was to get a quote for my tub to be reglazed. I called miracle method today. The only reason I'm giving two stars is for the kind young lady who answered the phone and the sales rep coming out within a few hours of my call. Brian showed up early to give me an estimate. I explained we would be redoing our bathroom next week and the tub was the last thing I needed a quote on and to schedule. He went over the process and explained everything. I also explained I have a medically complex child with severe lung issues. He advised me to keep her out of the home during the process and maybe even the next day. Sure no problem. Here's where I deduct 3 stars and take my business elsewhere. He gave me his quote which I felt was extremely high. I told him I wasn't expecting it to be that much and his response was "well it's not paint we're doing. " With that quote he said he could have someone out to do it Friday. As I'm trying to plan out where my kids can go for two days, who will be here to let them in because I have work, and justifying spending way more than I anticipated he says, "if you don't do it Friday, it's a 20% increase." I thought he was joking until he called someone and then handed me the invoice with it written down. The tub was the last thing I wanted to do so I didn't mess it up while doing the rest of the bathroom. Not to mention I need more than 2 days to plan for my medically complex kid. For $1,200 I should be able to call back whenever I'm ready to schedule an appointment. So do your research. I had both our counter tops and kitchen sink refinished by Miracle Method. We are happy with the results of the counter tops. They look much better and so far are holding up very well. However, I wouldn't do this for sinks again, and wouldn't recommend for that. Use a normal refinisher. The finish used here for the sinks is fragile, VERY easily chiped by silverware or bumps while washing pots, letc. It's been about 3 momths. I have rubber mats in the sink and on the divider but still have a couple of chips where the finish is gone already. read more

The workers came out to the house on time, weel dressed, and went above and beyond what was contracted. They took personal care of our existing counter cabinets which were not being refinished. I happen to see their ad on Facebook and knew I wanted to clean up my 20 year old bath tub. Jon was very nice and upfront about the cost. Nothing was hidden. Since I knew what I wanted I wasn't a hard sell. We set up an appointment and they were on time and ready to work. Everything was taped off and exhaust fans placed to make sure we weren't breathing in the compounds. I'm sorry I can't remember the techs name but he was nice and had a background similar to this process which gave me confidence. They leveled out low spots, filled cracks, and resprayed the tub. It came out great! Luckily, we didn't need to use this bathroom and were able to let it dry throughly. My wife was away and hasn't seen it yet but loved the video I sent her. My husband and I discovered Miracle Method when my aunt used them at her house. I actually thought she had her bathrooms redone, but found out that they were just refinished. Wow... fooled me! She used one from a different office since her house was in the Pasadena area, but we called Miracle Method of Riverside since they service the Inland Empire (as well as High Desert, Mountains & Low Desert). The shower in our master bathroom had some cracks in the tile. Later down the road, we might remodel our master bathroom, but it's not a big deal to me right now. As an alternative we decided to refinish the tile. Miracle Method repairs chips and cracks and restores the surface to look and feel like new. We called for a quote and someone came out. For a small added cost, he said they could also refinish the tile above the bathtub as well. We agreed and they came out on Friday May 20th to start the work. The guy that came to do the work had to take out some silicone work that was already done with the damaged tile and taped off everything and covered everything with plastic. It basically was prep-work that you do if you are going to paint something. Day 1 the guy was at our house from 8AM-5PM (with a lunch break) and Day 2 only took about 2 hours. He also gave us instructions about what products we can use to clean the tile. They also offer a warranty so we can call them if we see any flaws or damage if we weren't the ones that caused it. Our shower tiles look so white and glossy. They look like brand new tiles. You can't even tell where the crack was anymore. I have to note that there is a smell associated with the process (like a really strong nail polish LOL) so we did not sleep in our bedroom for those 2 days. We slept in one of the guest bedrooms. After airing out our master bathroom and bedroom for a day, the smell was gone. Great alternative! I'm glad we chose to have this done. I was very disappointed in the outcome of my reglaze tub. I thought I'd done my research carefully before hiring somebody. Around the drain you can see the difference of paint, hairline cracks that were not filled, the tech pulled off paint from window sill and spilled paint on the hardwood floors and cleaned it up with paint thinner.
