I got quotes for a shower replacement and with the glass they wanted 11-15 thousand dollars! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So....since I wanted a new shower but didnt want to pay those horrific prices, the search was on! After extensive research, I decided to go with MIracle Method! SMART CHOICE! MY SHOWER IS GORGEOUS! I had a new glass enclosure put in as well and it is brand new now. Enrique did the miracle method refinishing. He was a real sweetheart and did and excellent job! Came across this company at a Home show. We setup an appt to get our bathtub(porcelain) and walls(tiles) redone. It took 3 long days to get done. Not a fan of the smell as it lingered in our home for almost a week but the look of the finished work came out beautiful. We had to have a touch up done on the third day from a veteran of the company as the first worker did a unsatisfying job. Note to homeowner - take pics before. And Inspect the finished thoroughly. There was some spots of over spray that needed to be sanded and redone on the third day. The new owners stood behind their workmanship and fixed the problem. We bought the 18 year old home two years ago and there was a chip in the kitchen sink which we asked the owners to repair. All they did was paint the spot which washed away in a few days. I then attempted to follow a YouTube video to make my own repair with epoxy putty and white paint. Again, that did not work for long. Miracle Method came out and scheduled the repair to be done in a few hours that next week. It has been a year since the repair and I just applied their recommended Meguiar's 20 sealant as maintenance protection every six months thereafter. The sink still looks brand new and the price of $450 was reasonable, and we are very satisfied with the work performed. read more

I had the refinishing done to an old shower/bath combo about six months ago. So far so good. I have carefully followed instructions to use only the cleaners that they recommend. The surface of my bathroom tube/shower stall was badly deteriorated. It was discolored and pitted in some spots. After researching various methods of addressing the issue, I decided to have it resurfaced. I searched for a company that was reasonably close to me, and found Miracle Method. I contacted them, listened to their description of their process, discussed the cost (about $800), then I scheduled an appointment. The technician showed up at the appointment time. He examined the tubeThen he informed me that their would be an additional $100 charge to prepare the surface before he could apply the new coating. One would think that would be included as part of the job. After all, that's the whole reason I called them. I consented to this up-charge just to get the job done. I must say, the finished result was excellent. The price-switching is the only thing that impacts the rating I'm giving them. Be forewarned about this tactic. I hope they enjoyed that extra $100 bucks, because this is the type of publicity it bought them. read more

Well we got an estimate to repair a crack and Reglaze tub and tile. The guy doing the work showed up 1/2 hour early which was fine. Then said he could not do the work because the faucet in the tub was dripping. That was fine. We rescheduled for today August 4. Was suppose to be here between 9. & 10. Still not here no call no nothing. read more

All I can say is buyer be very aware! Make sure you read the back of the invoice form and agree to the terms and conditions before work commences. I neglected to do that SHAME ON ME! Miracle Methods refinished my tub/showers in two bathrooms. I paid full price with no discounts. The tub and shower cosmetically look fantastic. And the sales person and technician were very professional. BUT... When the tape and paper were removed at completion, the technician managed to tear off drywall and paint around the edges of the tub and shower structures in both bathrooms. Even though he acknowledged doing so...and apologizing...he didn't fix the damage he had done. Please keep in mind that the bathrooms had recently been repainted six months prior. So I contacted Miracle Methods and sent pictures of the damage. They kindly sent out the sales person again to inspect. He pointed me to the clause on the back side of the invoice that Miracle Methods is not responsible for damage they may cause by taking the masking tape down. I received another apology and was informed they would not do nothing to fix the damage they caused. Now I will have to pay for the walls to be repaired and repainted. SHAME ON MIRACLE METHODS! PS - be careful too if you think this process will fix any "puddle spots" It will not, even though there is re-fiber-glassing work done. It just covers them cosmetically. The sales person mentioned that I would need to dry these areas up each time the tub or shower is used. read more

I would like to be able to say they did a great job, unfortunately they failed to keep their appointments for estimates with me three times. I had to schedule my work around appointments which they never kept. The first time they were a no call, no show. The next times they did call. Of course they are also hard to reach as they are reportedly understaffed at moment. I guess they don't need business either as they have not attempted to contact me further. read more

Never has a company been better named than Miracle Method. We were planning a limited budget remodel of our guest bathroom and the sticking point was gold (brass) inlays in the bath tile and a similar band on the large mirror over the two-sink vanity. Our painter had previously told us that painting would not work as the paint would simply peal. We were shopping for a shower door when the suggestion was made by All Pro Glass and Screen (more on them in another review) and later by our plumber Daniel Manning that we try Miracle Method. Their representative, Lindsay Porter, was terrific and we were able to choose a refinishing surface that worked perfectly. When a tiny imperfection was left in the mirror band repair they sent out someone immediately for the fix. But their final miracle came at the very end of the project when our plumber discovered that a small leak in one of the sinks had created rust of sufficient quantity that we could not properly install our faucet. Lindsay came to the rescue with a refinishing that matched the other bands and the new look is even better than our original plans. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED read more

The only reason I'd refer this company is because Brian the tech has great knowledge and does excellent work! He was a pleasure to deal with and is the saving grace in this company, that I feel is very poorly ran. I would have given 5 stars had the 2nd estimator who was an absolute joy (Douglas) that had to come out, because the first estimator offered no other services other than what we had asked for. And!, if the receptionist hadn't cancelled our first appointment and rescheduled it without our knowledge which was very upsetting. This company could be a great success as the workmanship is great. read more
