I have been going to this salon for a couple of months and never had an issue until Wed. July 2, 2025. I asked for a refill on my stiletto nails which is not uncommon. My regular person got started on me and after about 20 or 30 mins she cut my finger with the drill and it is nowhere near the cuticle line. I immediately went into tears. She didn't say anything immediately. As my finger bled I had to ask for alcohol and a bandaid. After about 10 minutes the owner came over and tried to say that it was because I should have gotten my nails soaked off instead of getting a refill. I told her to just take them off. She asked me to let my finger heal and come back another day. They didn't offer me any water or anything and still made me pay $12 to get my nails taken off and I am 7 months pregnant! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I will not be returning!! read more

This place was the worst experience! Very unprofessional!!! I called to ask how much it was to get shellac and the woman said $20 so I thought it was a bit lower than usual so maybe sown thing wasn't right. So I walk in, fortunately I didn't have to wait, I picked my color and sat down. The lady said so u want a shellac manicure or just paint? I told her the whole thing, so she said its $34! I told her that she just quoted $20 over the phone and then she said that's just for the polish! I was really heated at that point and just told her to do the polish bc $34 is too much especially when they are not nice at all! So then she says well it's an additional $2 to remove your polish!!!!!! I was so upset bc I have never heard that in my life, charging to remove polish???? I was very mad, not bc of the $2 but bc they even have the nerve to charge for that!!! To say the least, I will NOT return to this place! read more

I have been going here for over 5 yrs. Their pedis I thought were usually done well, but communication issues can be a problem with the nail techs to the point that I have had to take my foot out of their hands because they were not doing my one request..don't cut one nail I do it myself cause some cut it wrong. When I decided to leave was when I continually saw little to completely no sterilizing of nail tools and very obviously seeing other customers come in with fungus under nails. When I started going to another salon and saw the much better quality of products and the techs know a lot of up to date and trendy nails designs I see I should have left much sooner. read more

I don't normally do reviews, but I want to for this one. My mom and I walked in for two pedicures. The ladies were mainly doing nails. We looked at their abundance of colors. They got our chairs ready for us. Once we sat down, there was one lady available to start. The water ended up being lukewarm when we got over there. About 10 minutes later, I had a lady come work on my feet. She added some hot water, but it wasn't enough. I had asked twice, but I decided not to stress about it too much. She was very thorough with my feet. She actually let some water out and added hot water in. She really took her time clipping my nails and filing them and working on the cuticles. She scrubbed the dead skin off really well. I got a wonderful massage. The attention to detail was amazing. I got just a spa pedicure. The service was certainly worth the amount paid. I didn't expect too much because we went in last minute, but it exceeded my expectations. My color came out great! I will definitely be back! A great point to mention is that you can only tip with cash. Just keep that in mind! read more

They have reasonable price and the owner is nice but the problem in this place is, the employee. They're talk too much of their language! Its very unprofessional and annoying, they talk, look at the customers that they gossiping about and laugh. This is my first time here and I will not be back. I went for a manicure and pedicure, she scrubbed my heel so hard that she broke the skin. The water they soaked my feet in was cold. There were other people getting manicures at the same time as the pedicure, but they would not do mine at the same time because I did not want shellac. The place is dirty and unorganized, and there were three employees sitting in the pedi chairs doing their own nails. Employees are rude. Told a "nail tech" my nail was crooked and she brushed it off. She didn't even know the different nail shapes. She was rough with my hands. I didn't let her finish because I didn't want someone inexperienced doing my nails. I'd never seen her in the salon before. Usually I'd go in, get my nails done by Mimi, and leave. Never had a bad experience with Mimi unless the salon is busy, which means rushed nail job. Overpriced for not so good results, but also I am VERY picky. read more

I did not get nail service but got eyebrow/upper lip threading done here 2 weeks ago. I recommend avoiding their threading services all together. I could tell right off the bat that the woman doing my eyebrows did not know what she was doing. She did not tell me to puff out my upper lip and hold my eyebrow like other places do. My treatment was very slow and painful, and I have had threading done plenty of times. My eyebrows turned out strange-looking with a very flat, straight across shape with no arch at all, and even the manager seemed concerned. There was a hole of no hair on one of my eyebrows and it was really terrible. Upper lip turned out good overall but the treatment was more painful and much slower than other places I have been. Maybe this salon does great nails but they should truly STOP their threading service until they have been trained more. It seemed like my technician had not been sufficiently trained. I will not be going back here for eyebrows and am disappointed because I work so close to here and was excited about the convenient location. read more

I have been here many times. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's your worst imaginable experience.and that's the problem:inconsistency. I have left here aggravated more times than not. The standard lie of "it will be 10 minutes" but 30, 40 minutes, maybe more, you might still be waiting. The quality of the work is good. You'll get a good mani or pedi.
