My first ever pedicure. It was pure delight. Was offered a drink, seated in an amazing massage chair, where I lost track of time. The young lady who carefully took care if necessary amazing. If this is what all the ladies, & gentlemen, are talking about- I sooooo get it now! This was heavenly. I got the deluxe & at $35, I felt it was worth every bit of time or money. WARNING:NO FAT PEOPLE ALLOWED!! I was literally just told "Our pedicure chairs won't fit you." I go to get pedicures all the time, never have I been treated with such disrespect and hate!! I usually go to a different salon, who treat me like a Queen I thought I would try this place since it was right by my home. Guess not all nail salons are EQUAL. read more

First time here for nail removal. The guy completely cut my whole natural nail and left one side long and one short then they didn't even properly file them. I'd rather pay more to go to a nice place that actually cares about their customers. read more

I went in for a full set of gel nails. The ladies did my nails and pedicure with precision and fine detail. They didnt rush, took their time and made sure the color was bright. My daughter got her nails painted for the first time. She loved the colors. Staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place. read more

This place was very rude to my mother, who suffered from a stroke, and is in a wheelchair and disabled. We went here for Mother's Day and they told her she should not come on such a busy day because she takes up too much time. They wouldn't help her down out of the chair when we were getting our pedicures and they wouldn't put her shoes back on after they gave her the pedicure. They left her to fend for herself. She's disabled and needs assistance getting into and out of the chair. I would never come to this place again. read more

I got the biggest package for pedicure since I hadn't had one in a while. I'd say my feet aren't that bad with callous per previous nail specialists. I still left with some callous. This was relaxing. I don't think I would pay for the big package again! But it was fun to experience. You get aromatherapy and different things added to the water. Maybe others would enjoy this but I wasn't too impressed in comparison to past pedicures I've experienced. I've been going to this place for years. Haven't had a complaint yet. They have a spacer between you and the nail artist. Every other station is being used. They use sterilization packets. So each nail equipment is new. Masks are worn. Hands are being washed frequently. Today I got a gel polish manicure on natural nails for $30. read more

This place seem like it was okay because it had 4 star rating which needs to be taken away. I came in for a fill-in which looks a hot mess they don't know how to file to a square shape for nothing and they don't put enough acrylic which make it paper thin. I have got fill-ins plenty of times and never been told that's why it's this. When I was getting my toes done the first guy burned me with the drill and then the lady poked my toe with an some utensil that really hurt not worth no 85 dollars. Turn away Turn away very old and out dated and need to fix customer service. Then get mad that I don't want to sign the receipt I'm contacting the better business bureau. I will never come here for a wax again. Express nails and waxing is my go to place! I absolutely love coming here. I loved my first experience here and have been coming back since. The customer service is great and no one is rushing to get you in and out. It is also very clean. Nancy is the person who has done my nails here since day one and has never disappointed me. She is so talented and passionate at what she does. She is also very sweet and kind and never gets upset about all the questions I ask her. Nancy- Did my Manicure. Nicky- Did my Pedicure. i PROMISE... you will NOT be disappointed. Both ladies did an AMAZING job. I'm from Hollywood, CA- and recently bought a home in CentralTX; but was down here in SanAntonioTX- visiting my lil' brother... Long story short... I took my granddaughter there to have her first manicure. I used to go here years ago. the technician was just slapping on polish when I asked her if she had treated her cuticles. she said she thought she just wanted polish. took her about 10 minutes to do her nails. the polish was so thickly applied that even after sitting under the fan for 20 minutes buy the time I got her back to the car the polish was rubbing off her nails. took her back in and was told that they don't guarantee regular nail polish and that she should be more careful and that polish would need an hour to dry! shes 6 years old, right! I told him to take it off and put on one coat of polish. it was a bad experience for her and it should have been fun! Also the entire shop was dirty. their prices are cheap but I would never recommend this place and I will never go there again. read more

Greeted at the door, told them why I was in and was told it would be about a five minute wait. The waiting area had an oversized couch and a couple matching chairs as opposed to the regular rickety chairs you encounter in most salon waiting areas. A nail tech called me over maybe 3 minutes after I'd arrived and looked over my nails. In the past I've spent an hour to an hour and an half having a set removed and here I literally had my set removed and nails buffed in under 20 minutes. Quick, painless, staff is friendly, and prices are good. read more

I love this salon! The first time I came here I was politely greeted and got a pedicure and shellac manicure. The prices are great especially since the service is A+! My pedicure was relaxing and turned out great, plus I was offered a glass of wine which was a great add on. Every technician I've had has been very kind and super thorough. I believe my shellac manicure was $30 and the basic pedicure was $28 (I think). Definitely go here if you haven't already! read more

I really wanted to love this place but their polish chips the very next day, no matter what type of polish. I got the gel polish and it chipped the next day but since I had also broken a nail I went back to get it fixed. They corrected the chipped polish & it chipped again the next day. My next visit I just got white & pink acrylic on my nails and regular French on my toes. My toes also chipped the next day. I don't know what type of polish they use but it doesn't last more than a day. My daughter's nails had the same issue with gel polish chipping as well. Sadly I have to find some place else because they really do a nice jobs on your nails. read more

I arrived for my appointment and everyone was super nice and friendly. Emily did my mani pedi and by the time she was done she had filed my natural nails half way down to nothing, although I had told her I wanted to keep the length and not to clip. She filed the sides of my nails until I had grooves in them that are about to crack my nails in half, and most of them are crooked. I don't understand why she went so crazy with the nail file when I told her I wanted to keep my nails. I had beautiful nails when I went in and came out with short, crooked, destroyed nails that will take months to grow back. Sections of the paint job are peeling off because it went up above the cuticle while other small sections did not get close to the cuticle. I wish I had paid more attention to what she was doing so I could have just stopped her and left before she ruined my nails. read more

Worst manicure of my life. Asked for Shellac, did not get it - and thank God because eww. Brush was not throughly cleaned, so my French nails have white streaks throughout. My son and I both went to get Pedicures. We both got the Hot Stone/Paraffin Wax Pedicures. We went to Vivian and Snow and they were so wonderful. My son fell asleep during his pedicure and said he can't believe has gone 12 years without a Pedicure. So cute. We are both excited for our next visit. I highly recommend this business. read more

After not getting my nails done for about a year I thought I would go somewhere relaxing and get some nice acrylic nails put on maybe gossip for a little. I was obviously WRONG!! The guy who did my nails half a** the whole manicure. Wouldn't try to conversation, I have scabs from where he filed my nails down, and to top it all of My nails were put on crooked !!
