This review is specifically about a lash fill I received from Asma and I cannot speak to her other services. I will note that she was polite during the appointment. The following day when I contacted her about my concerns she was professional and responsive and refund me when I requested it. I booked a lash fill while traveling in the Atlanta area and found Asma through the Xtreme Lash website, where I have previously found skilled lash technicians. The fill was $186 including a 20% tip, which is comparable to the cost of a full set. At the time of the appointment, I still had well over 50% of my extensions remaining. I clearly requested single lashes with a natural look and a subtle eyeliner effect - not dramatic or volume lashes. The service lasted approximately 35-40 minutes, which felt short compared to the typical 50-75 minutes most fills take in my experience. During the appointment, the adhesive caused some stinging and I was not able to fully examine the lashes in depth when she asked me to look at them. They initially looked ok. As the adhesive dried throughout the day, my eyes began to feel tight and uncomfortable. By the next morning, they were irritated. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the lashes were not applied one extension to one natural lash, but instead appeared to be glued in clusters of 7-9 fake lashes and, in multiple areas, attached to the skin of my eyelid rather than the lashes themselves. A close friend, who is a hairdresser, examined them, took photos, and attempted to gently separate some of the lashes to relieve discomfort. As they have begun to fall off - some chunks of fake lashes have been attached to multiple real lashes. This is an issue as it can cause balding on the eye as extensions should be a 1:1. I contacted Asma, explained my concerns, and sent photos. She offered to fix the lashes; however, I declined because the result was not what I requested, and I did not feel comfortable proceeding further. During our conversation, she stated she applied 2-3 lashes together for a dramatic effect. I told her to look at the photos and see that it was not 2-3 lashes but more like 7-9 lashes and that was not at all what I asked for. Due to discomfort and improper application, I ultimately had to move up an appointment with my regular lash technician back home to get all of the lashes removed and new set put on. In nearly nine years of getting lash extensions, this was the worst experience I have had. While Asma may be skilled in other services, based on my experience, I would not recommend her for lash extensions. Improper isolation and application can cause irritation and potential damage to natural lashes. I always get my eyebrows threaded here! They have since moved locations and I have been a following customer. The ambiance of the new location feels a lot cleaner and inviting. They pretty much always accept walk-ins and I've never had to wait! They have me in and out within 5-10 minutes. Asma, the manager, is so lovely and professional. Also pro tip: they have a rewards account program! If you give them your phone number you can collect points and get a percentage discount on one of your visits. A gentle warning for first timers- this is painful having each hair ripped out- but it's well worth it! The staff is always kind and the business is very clean. Stay away! I went in to get my eyebrows, lip and chin waxed. My eyebrows and chin were fine but she literally CUT my skin. After she was finished, she wiped it with a wipe as they normally do. When I got in the car and touched my chin, it burned. This made me look in the mirror and I had several small cuts on my chin. I will never come back. This is the 2nd time I've been. The 1st time the lady was excellent. This time, i had a different woman and she dyed my eyebrows BLACK and I am a blonde. Threading is one of the most painful things I've voluntarily done to myself. But alas, beauty is pain, people. And since I inherited these caterpillar eyebrows from my dad (thanks, pa), I've got to get them tamed as best as I can. Basically, here's the lowdown: 1) It's painful. 2) It's the "cleanest" hair removal method I know about. 3) My skin remains in tact. 4) One session lasts me six to eight weeks. 5) The price is around $10. At Miracle Threading, I'm able to walk in without an appointment and be in a chair within three minutes of arriving. The location is always clean and orderly. There's a nice magazine selection, as well as a table of coupons and deals for other area businesses. I've had threading done before, but have been doing my own waxing since moving to the 'burbs. I didn't think to start threading again until I started using a tretinoin gel which makes my skin sensitive and I can no longer wax. I found Miracle Threading & Spa on google & yelp so I decided to give it it try. I called close to lunch time on a Friday to make an appointment - the lady who answered said no appointment was needed so I hopped in my car and came in. There was another client in the chair when I arrived. I waited less than 5 minutes for them to wrap up. The procedure (eyebrows & upper lip) was relatively painless (likely because I usually wax and have fine hair so it didn't bother me) and extremely quick. The technician (I didn't catch her name) was nice and did a great job with my brows! She finished up with a quick trim and some witch hazel. I will definitely be back! read more

Located in the Target shopping center, it's location is a very convenient one. The establishment is very dirty. The furniture is black and the entire room is dreary and dark. When I entered, Soraya did a temperature check and put her mask on, which I appreciated. She was the only person there. I told her I need a quick brow cleanup but she kept trying to up sell me on eyebrow tinting and a couple of other services I've never heard of. I think I said "no thank you" at least 5 times. She quickly did the eyebrow threading and asked if I wanted my upper lip done. She was still not respecting my first answer which was "no thank you". She gave me a mirror so I could see whether she did a good job, but the room is so dark that I could barely see anything. As I was walking out, she was still asking me to do an eyebrow tint. Very uncomfortable. She did a terrible job. I am at home right now plucking my eyebrows! I am so irritated that I wasted my time in there. Very happy with the microblading service. I have light blonde eyebrows and thinning on the ends and have been having Miracle tint and thread them for years, but was looking for a more permanent solution than having to go in every 3 weeks for color. I was concerned about my coloring and it looking natural with my blonde eyebrows but Asma was very skilled at making everything look great. I did my first threading ever at this salon and I was very impressed with the results. As a previous reviewer said, it's painful. I won't lie. Actually I teared up but suck it up because you are going to suffer no matter how you have that hair removed. But the results are great. Waxing actually removes the skin above my eyebrows because I use retinol products so waxing is no longer an option for me. Threading gives me flawless results. I started getting my brows done here over 5 years ago, back when I knew very little about what I wanted my brows to look like. Over the years, however, I started to notice that my brows were getting incredibly thin. I started asking for my brows to be left "as full as possible" and "just a cleanup." However, after two trips of continually asking for thick brows and leaving with thin, uneven brows I stopped threading and waxing my brows all together. Now 10 months later, my brows are still recovering and growing in from the years of threading. Anyways in New here to Alpharetta and was very skeptical about finding a place to get my brows done. One of my coworkers recommended Miracle threading and spa. I've been here a couple of times now and I believe your experience depends on who you get. The first two or three times I didn't really have any problems. I never waited longer than 5 minutes and I never made an appointment. They are a little pricier for eyebrows than some other threading salons, but not enough to deter me. The ladies were quiet but nice and did a good job on my eyebrows. The last time I was there, however, I got an older lady I had never seen before. Her threading technique was more painful (unlike the others) and she took a chunk out of my eyebrow. Its taken me nearly 3 months to grow it back to where it was :(. Also, she made a couple of unwanted comments about my hair which I thought was strange since I wasn't there for hair services. If you have a person you like here then I think this is a great place.
