Does not look into concerns you have as an employee . Treat staff as their words do not matter Especially CNA's, Will fire you with the worst untrue separation statement without warning or cause. They do not believe in raises. Does not keep their supplies stock for patients Needs, which is a big problem and they do take accountability for it. Communication with the office staff is the worst, Especially needs of patient. As a former employee I had the best relationship with my patients and their families and loved my job. But sticking up for yourself when your not comfortable in a situations will get looked past and written up. They want you to work not clocked in to contact clinents and cut hours where they can.
