I saw some chocolate alfajores (my fave), and some other alfajores with what looked like a fruit filling. I asked her what the filling was, and her response was, "Um, I don't know." That is an unacceptable response. She works there, and she should be able to answer questions about every item they sell. To me, that question would be a pretty common one, so "Let me find out" would have been a better response. I bought a few things and I'm sure they'll be good. But I hope they'll train their folks more thoroughly.

Cleanliness was acceptable, pretty clean for how many people occupy the space and how tight the space is, but just so many people coming and going that it's hard. The bakery is also located at the edges of Hager Pond.
