Obsessed with the onion bagel. Normally places only put the seasoning on the top side but NYBF does both sides and has tons of onion on it. Incredibly delicious! All their bagels are. It's awesome if you get them fresh and warm. Saturday mornings they are pumping them out like crazy. It's fun for the kids to watch the bagel making machine thru the glass window. Their iced coffee is so good and the ice cubes are made of coffee! So smart! You get a cup with the cubes and have a choice of iced coffee at the iced coffee station. These bagels are huge, tasty, and fresh. The employees are always friendly and nice. They also have cream cheese options, drinks, sandwiches. Lots of parking as it shares the lot with Tennessees, Dave's, Five Guys, etc

I really wanted to like this place but after multiple visits and two attempts to get a refund, I'm sad to repeat that I won't be a patron here anymore. I've ordered in person once, ordered pick up three times and only 2/4 orders were done properly. I typically order on the go as a little treat, but it takes so long to pick up your order (there's no one working that station, so you have to wait til people are done ordering), it's rarely correct/complete, and I don't have the time to check over people's jobs as I foolishly believed people would put all the items of my order together so that when I picked it up, everything would be ready for me - you know, like a regular place with decent customer service. Mind you, I reported the incident via phone and their "customer service support box" and no one has reached out to me and it's been nearly two weeks. During my second to last order, they the chips that were supposed to come with my chicken salad sandwich. I let it slide because that was minor. During my last order, they forgot the side chicken salad I ordered but gave me all the condiments...so despite how the food tasted and the vibes inside the actual restaurant, I'm fed up with NY bagel and wont be returning.

So, I always get my bagels at another bagel shop which I love. They are not open on Mondays or Tuesdays so I decided to try the NY Bagel Factory that was recommended by a neighbor. So glad I did. They have a great selection and are open everyday. I ordered on-line so they would be ready when I got there. They were out of a particular type AND I got a call asking me what I would like for a replacement! Amazing. It's a large shop in a small strip type mall. They have 3 locations...Framingham where I went, Southboro and Newton. Oh yeah, btw the bagels were warm and delicious. So good, I had one for breakfast and dinner! Don't judge. You would too. Worth the ride.

This is a bagel that I received in a bakers dozen I picked up

"When you noodle with a doodlin' song I like it so much,…read moreI'll doodle some more" (Peggy Lee) Were you stumped by the word "Kugel"? Kugel is a traditional Jewish noodle casserole. And that word makes perfect sense as the namesake of this wonderful little Framingham deli. Their menu is loaded with the ethnic delights you'll find in any NY Style Deli - Reuben and Rachel sandwiches, Hot Pastrami, Bagels and Lox, Whitefish Salad, Potato Latkes, Matzoh Ball Soup, Herring, Kishka, Challah French Toast, and yes........... Noodle Kugel. We had checked out their deep menu the day before and knew what we wanted - a Whitefish & Lox Platter ($25) with a choice of Bagel, a choice of cream cheese served with lettuce, onions and tomatoes, and cucumbers. We added an extra bagel for $1.75. Now, I have to tell you that we were incredulous when this huge platter of very reasonably priced platter of food was delivered to our table. I bet there was between a third and a half pound of lox, plenty of vegetable cream cheese, a ramekin of whitefish salad, and a garden of lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, thinly sliced purple onions, and cucumber slices. The bagels were pretty big and were everything you want in a bagel -nice and chewy/crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. We each had one half of our respective bagels with cream cheese, lox, and onions, and the other half with whitefish, lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes. One customer service caught my eye immediately -those big tomato slices had been carefully trimmed to take out the core. That drives me batshit crazy when a restaurant apathetically doesn't do that. Staying on the customer service theme, our server was very attentive, with plenty of checkbacks and coffee refills. We packed up our leftovers and finished them off the next day. So that fish yielded us four servings. I promise you this....... The next time we are looking for breakfast between Boston and Worcester... I know where we'll end up. We might even get some Kugel at Kugel!

Best find of the year! I am particular about my sandwiches but decided to take a risk. Boy am I…read moreglad I did! Everything about this place left me wanting more! Not because of the size of the servings either.
