The owner was extremely attentive, answering all my questions, but the best part was when I arrived to pick up, they took great care in packaging so that nothing got scratched, it was basically white glove service without the unpacking at my end. My wife and I have been searching for months for a French Country dining set that would complement our existing furniture both in style and colors. We found it in a Facebook Marketplace post from Esteban, the owner of Miranda's Furniture. We weren't too sure about buying through Facebook, after having heard about possible scams on the site. When we contacted the owner, Esteban, he addressed all of our concerns and provided additional information about his business. He gave us all the details of the set, sent us extra photos, and even did a Facetime video with us explaining how the table extended out to accommodate more people. This dining set was exactly what we were looking for, in almost new condition, and the price was much less than some of the newer, frankly inferior pieces we've seen being offered. We committed to the sale and made our arrangement for payment. Esteban said the table would arrive fully polished and it was delivered to us the next day! Eduardo and David (Esteban's brother) showed up mid-day and set it up for us. I go to the store now and then I usually find something useful or pretty. I did try to sell some furniture there at Mianda's on Olive in Merced. The girl attendant said for me to Take pics and send them then she would ask who evergave the okand she would call me in a couple of days and I waited 5 days and called back and the girl said she forgot to tell them. I had an excellent selling experience with Miranda's Buy & Sell. I was clearing out my Mother's home and had several furniture items in good condition. I contacted them by phone and texted pictures of the items that I'd like to sell. They responded back the same day with offers, and we scheduled an appt to come out with the truck just a few days later. I received a call when they were on the way, and was able to sell many of my items. The two gentlemen that came were really nice and great to work with. Overpriced! Ever since the other locations closed and the store was switched to furniture only, this store became ridiculously overpriced. I was in today and saw a folding table for $65. I saw the same exact table at Lowe's brand new for a little over 40bucks. I saw a vase with its original sticker on the bottom marked $12, they were selling it for $15 Although they have hand picked quality items and it's a very organized store, the items are still used items therefore should not be priced higher than if purchased brand new. I did not mention this to the clerk working, this review is in no way a reflection of the great customer service I always experience here. read more

Esteban and his staff at Miranda's are the most professional and personable people you'll find at any business. I highly recommend them to sell your gently used items like furniture, tv etc. which they'll give you a fair price and further "flip" it and sell it at their store for a small profit. I think the whole idea is a win-win for everybody involved. I've used them to sell a lot of the furniture in our house (sofa, table, dining table etc), they bring a big truck and haul everything and give you a check at the end which can go towards buying a new sofa from Costco! :) Love these guys!! Pretty much the same experience as other reviews - went to see if I could a couple bucks for some clothes only to be told "oh we're not those anymore sorry" even though they literally have a big sign out front that says "Cash on the spot for clothing and shoes" what a load of bull. Also they only offer you like $3 for your stuff and then turn around and sell it for $20. Total rip off I'd rather just donate my stuff to goodwill for free instead it these company. read more

These guys are really awesome! I've had a bedroom set in my garage for over a year and couldn't find someone to take it. So I finally found Miranda's and the process couldn't be any easier. I simply took a picture of the furniture and sent it via text and they came to pick it up the very next day. They were very flexible and ensured to pick it up at the best time for me instead of making me work around their schedule. When they came to pick it up they quickly loaded everything and even loaded a box spring mattress (that they do not usually take) and offered to dump it for me for free. And if the service wasn't already good enough, they gave me $30 for the furniture even when I already told them that I didn't want ANY money for the furniture. That is definitely 5 star service and shows how fair they really are. I would 100% recommend Miranda's if you want a good deal or if you just want to get rid of some furniture. read more

I brought in multiple clothes Nike, Hurley, Izod, Ben Hogan etc. they rejected them all because they weren't the right ones they were looking for because they were either a long sleeve or a polo. They tons of more modern and current stuff than others and was giving a discount with out asking because the set was incomplete. They didn't have to at all but surprising! read more
