Things seem a lot more organized. I have had the pleasure of working with Selina and she is attentive to my problems. When issues come up she handles them immediately. My request for new windows was done in a timely manner. Selina is flexible with communication (phone, email or text). I have never worked with a property management company or person that will put the community first like that. I feel heard. ACE communicates with homeowners regularly what's happening in the community with a monthly newsletter. We will also get emails for emergency situations like having to shut off water or loss of power to the building. I feel well informed. Our current team is Selina, Louisse and Sophie.
