All of the employees that I worked with from A-to-B (Bob, Diana, & Nayelly) were always very kind and helpful to me. I really feel that they built a trusting relationship with me and always cared for me as a renter. I also enjoyed living in a property where my neighbors were homeowners as they all really cared about the community and the long-term relationships they established and held with their neighbors. I felt very comfortable throughout all the years that I rented my home from A to B. The payment and maintenance portal was also very easy to use and they almost always fixed anything that needed maintenance within a few days whenever possible. Overall, I had a very positive experience renting my previous home from A to B - Had I not become a homeowner myself, I would have continued to rent from them! :D

In my 47 years in the real estate business, it's rare to come across an association manager who combines professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care the way she does. Joanne is always polite, responsive, and incredibly thorough. She returns calls quickly, communicates clearly, and goes above and beyond -- she even took the time to call me on a Saturday, which speaks volumes about her dedication and commitment to the community and the people she serves. She is an absolute delight to work with, and her attention to detail and calm, solution-oriented approach make every interaction smooth and stress-free. Silvergate Highlands is fortunate to have her, and I can confidently say she is one of the best association managers I've worked with in my career. Highly recommended.

If you're on the board of an HOA and are looking for a management company, do your community a…read morefavor and look elsewhere. They've just begun adding fees for online payments. Like cell phone roaming fees, such convenience fees are supposed to be a thing of the past and, with CAM they were, until recently; A new payment portal through a third party and...voilà...a new fee emerges. Your community residents deserve better. In 2026 online payment fees should be considered antiquated. *********************************************************** I'm editing my original review to respond to CAMs response. I think offering community members multiple ways to pay their HOA dues is great. What I find egregious is the discriminatory practice of singling out one of those methods with a processing fee. I've told one of your employees I'm simply not comfortable with any of those other methods and wish to continue to pay as I always have. It's the same way I pay all my bills and none of my other creditors see fit to charge me. CAM is the extraordinary exception. Anyway, I've made my case and I can only hope there are others who feel the same as me and will offer some pushback against, what I believe to be, a superfluous and unjust fee.

They agreed to release us from our contract early, but problems STILL occur. Just today they again approved an invoice to pay out of our account for another HOA bills. They've been aware of these issues for almost a year but nothing changes. Oh - we have yet another manager too. Up to six now. Initial Review: Our HOA Board has used Associa for two years. In that time they have: - Given us guidance that is in violation of the Stirling-Davis Act - Paid our bills late and incurred hundreds of dollars in late fees on our behalf, and refused to refund the fees - Paid other HOA bills from our account and refused to reimburse us for them - Didn't pay our landscaper for several months saying they didn't have the invoices - Failed to provide agendas for meeting in the required time, causing us to delay the meetings - Failed to pay our taxes for 2024 - Gone through 5 managers on our account (4 quit) - Failed to perform contracted site inspections - Failed to provide minutes for one of our regular meetings - Failed to provide minutes for an IDR - Authorized repairs they were specifically told not to have done - When escalated to upper management, nobody got back to us for months - When we asked to be released from our contract, they denied it - despite the fact that they have failed our HOA in every way possible. I suspect that you can tell we don't recommend doing business with them.
