Even with an appointment I have to wait 30-45 minutes. I once had to wait 1 hour to be seen for an appointment. If I know all that I would've went else where, because I don't have time to waste and with the price of gas, money to waste! Also, it seems like they only have 1 dentist that sees all the clients, because once we had to wait for her to come see us and then she proceeded to see others down the line. Ghetto office with low standards and PREDATORY practices…read more I went in for a dental cleaning. Heidi seizes an opportunity to take advantage and rope me into a loan for all this work that is apparently so urgent. Unbeknownst to me, until I receive a bill for a loan several weeks later, the receptionist didn't even bill my insurance, because apparently this office didn't accept my insurance, so she allowed me to believe my insurance was paying for part of my services, as it as dictated on my plan. As my mouth is jacked open and all of them spewing fake compliments to try to win my trust, Heidi in billing waltzes in and seizes an opportunity to take advantage and rope me into a $3k dental loan. I'd never experienced anything like this but I trusted that the work they said that needed to be completed actually needed to be done. Now I realize that they did that so they could scam me before I realized my insurance wasn't accepted here. Hence her getting the full loan amount approved immediately. So I didn't even get the simple dental cleaning I went for, but they did a whole ass root canal. Still I trusted them. Once my permanent crown came in I was mortified to discover it was 15 shades darker than my teeth. Looked like it was stolen from the mouth of some old man in a crypt. I had to beg them to allow me to drive to Orange County to meet with the place they order their crowns to get correctly color matched for a second crown, but not without them gaslighting me and saying iTs nOt mUcH oF a cOLoR dIfFeReNcE. BUT WAIT: THERE'S MORE! They overbilled a dental LOAN by $1640. After I threatened legal action they finally sent me a check THREE YEARS LATER for the overcharged amount, but they refuse to refund the thounsands in interest amount that I paid to their predatory loan officers. Been waiting on a call back from HEIDI, the one who actually billed for the loan, but since she's dodging my calls, I figured I'd go ahead and let anyone on Yelp see what kind of dentist office they're walking in to. Avoid at all costs, this place preys on people who they think they can take advantage of. You scammed the wrong person, because now you'll be refunding every cent as well as attorney fees. Before making claims about coverage, please make sure you actually understand Medi-Cal policy. After confirming directly with Medi-Cal, I learned that dental X-rays are covered once every three years , not "per provider," as Tanisha insisted. On top of that, the X-rays your office sent to another provider were blocked and encrypted, making them completely unusable. As someone who is a hospital director with an MPA degree, I can confidently say that this office demonstrates a serious lack of knowledge and professionalism. Let's be honest , it appears your office is more interested in charging patients $100 for a copy of their X-rays than in following proper procedure. According to the California Medical Board, you may only charge the amount that was actually paid to you for the film, and it certainly wasn't $100. I have the Medi-Cal claim documentation to confirm this. You'll likely be getting a call from the appropriate boards soon, as your facility has been reported. Patients deserve transparency, accuracy, and respect none of which I experienced here.

Dr. Noorvash is not only a highly skilled and his general cosmetic and orthodontics, but also very compassionate and attentive to his patients.
