The equipment they use for X-rays is beyond uncomfortable. By far the worst. 4. I've been there twice for routine cleaning and both times Dr Mary Inku was uninterested and not personable or engaging. I tried to shake it off after the first visit but she was the same the second visit also. I can't imagine paying someone to do work on my teeth who asks as if she could care less. Dental Oasis helped me in a Great way. Dr Inku has the best Dr/Patient Comportment I've encountered. She utilized her dental expertise to solve my problem, that's been bothering me for a few years. Dr Inku fixed it in a matter of days, what others couldn't fix in years. She presented a Bridge solution that three previous dentist, did not even offer in their consultations. From Dr. Inku to the staff, I had the best experience from a dental office I had ever had since going to a dentist. I was raised in the 1960's and 1970's. In my black family, we didn't go to the dentist and we ate a lot of candy, cakes, pies, dranks lot of sodas: so you can inmagine the cavities we suffered through. We didn't go to not could we afford to go to the denist until I was maybe in my late 20's where now at 70. And thonly way I went was because I was in a lot of pain, and my beautiful wife of now, 42 years encourage me with persuation to go. I have been to a lot of dentists in Los Angeles and none of them compared to Dental Oasis experience. I parked in the parking lot handicap and before I could ring the bell or knock on the door, a young lady came out and escorted me to the office where I met Amita. Amita was awesome to work with. Before I could sit down, another staff member took me to a room for exrays. Dr. Inku came in afterward and explained to me everything I needed to know about my teeth and used a little camara to allow me to see the damage that was done by my previous dentists who charged my insurance a $grip' to fill my cavities only to be coming loose by now, soon to fall out. I needed some dentures but I could not really afford it, but Amita told me about Carecredit a finance option and I went online and applied and was approved in minutes. I was sure I found the right dentist for me. Dental Oasis is a perfect match for me and I'm sure it will be for my wife and daughter soon. That's my story and I'm sticken' to it! LOL read more

I can't recommend Dr. Inku enough. I was able to schedule an appointment shortly after calling and had my wisdom tooth removed same day. The entire procedure lasted about an hour and I've had no pain since I left her office. Her calm demeanor and confidence instantly put me at ease. Her staff is also sweet as pie. I learned about Oasis Dental partly thru my new Dental Insurance plan! Right? Medicare doesn't provide this!! Go figure?! Hope the Biden Admin changes this. And partly because Dr.Inku had been assoc with another Dentistry practice. I knew I was going to be in really good hands after a young lady, Ms.Tiffany greeted me over the phone- so joyfully and happily from Oasis' s office; it was quite refreshing to hear - as I have coined it; " A happy voiced customer care specialist " over the phone to assist me - as was the case here; In setting up my first appt with Dr.Inku. Appt- made! I arrived last week to Oasis' office on La Cienega- and once inside, the decor- hardwood floors- soft chairs and even a soft plush sectional couch- A mural behind me- relatively knew I was told- flat screen tv and below it: Coffee - pod style! Didn't know what that was- and all layed out on an East African fabric!! I began looking for the cameras! I felt like this was part of a new HDTV design show; Lots of Dental Office decor Curb appeal...!!!!! The coffee was and is delicious! Then after filling out the customary paperwork I was soon ushered into one of the rooms - by one of the hygeniest's a Mr.Andy. Andy then proceeded to do one of the most through x- ray sessions I have ever had in my entire life!! And he was and is very polite and professional in doing so!!! Afterwards I was ushered into another room - to await Dr. Inku. Upon arrival Dr.Inku was very nice and very professional in her demeanor and spirit. Not only is she thorough, gentle and cautious with my sensitive teeth, but she also takes her time to show me the x-ray and explain so I fully understand & know what to expect. Really painful toothache made an appearance on a Saturday morning, Dental Oasis came through in a severe pinch and scheduled me right away. Great parking, clean office and a great welcoming staff. Unfortunately, I don't have any dental insurance that's worth anything (Me-Dical) and most dentist will not even bother dealing with you as a patient. So, out of pocket is what I had to deal with, but with the pain I was having, i didn't care, I just wanted it to stop. X-rays sucked and were also painful, dentist was extremely nice, but had lots of bad news, tooth was too painful, infected & swollen to work on. She prescribed antibiotics, nothing for the pain and rescheduled me for Monday morning. I paid $36 for the exam & full mouth X-ray and was told I would probably need a root canal and my out of pocket expense would be about $2,074.00. Needless to say, the next day, I canceled the Monday appointment. My allotted $1000 was not going to be enough, I picked up my antibiotic and used leftover pain pills from another relative who was also having dental work done. After more research, I located a dental office that was a better fit for my dental needs, but let me be clear, Dental Oasis appears to be a good dental office, I just could not afford their out of pocket prices and they didn't really appear to want to work with low budget patients that didn't have one of the more popular dental plans. read more

First time I heard about Dr. Inku was on Power 106 or 92.3....cant remember cause it was a while ago but the name always stuck in my head ever since big boy announced her on the radio. Long story short this is my 2nd time seeing her for dental work but the first time coming to her new office and the experience was great and affordable! Walked in to the office and got a same day appt about consultation for my broken tooth which needed a root canal! After that I was booked right a way to save my poor tooth..... Like most people, I waited until it's super late to see a dentist. I am 37 and am finally getting my teeth fixed. Always been afraid or just super nervous of seeing a dentist cause of those large tools, needles, etc lol! I closed my eyes for most of my visits, and ended up getting a full root canal done for my first major dental work. I liked that experience so much I decided to come back and get my front tooth repaired with a crowning. My front tooth was bad! Bad stains because it's literally been dead for 20+ years so it was dark and stained. I feel like I can finally smile without being self conscious about my smile. A wonderful experience, not only did they take an appt for myself and my husband (busy working people) on a SATURDAY, but the office staff is very lovely and kind. They worked to get us in and out. We had our toddler with us and they immediately pulled out toys for her to keep her occupied. Now for the dental experience: still a great experience, kind dr. I am glad this office have such wonderful reviews I wish I could be on the list also but I can't. I am still going to the dentist for the same tooth she screwed up. I still have pain with the tooth Dr. Inku work on. It was the most awful experience I ever had at the dentist. I also went to her because of all the wonderful reviews. She should have know from the Xray that she could not drill on my teeth. She should have gave me a root canel in the first place instead of drilling and put a new filling in my teeth.. then after she does this and I complain about all the pain I was in she decided to send me to another Doctor for a root canel after she screw up and did not offer me a refund or a discount for the her screw up.
