I been going to this Dental office since 1992, Dr Gilman was the Dentist at the time, which passed…read moreaway in early 2000. Dr lee was the new Dentist, and worked at two Locations. Inglewood and Hawthorne Blvd. Dr Lee is very pleasant, but through the years, since the passing of Dr Gilman, the staff became very rude. During the Pandemic I was going to the Hawthorne office . One day I had an appointment,and wasnt feeling well, I called the Hawthorne office and told Billing Employee Sarah, Im not feeling well due to a Kidney stone..She fussed at me and said Look Mr Downing, we have everything ready here for you to have your Procedure. We need you to get down here and have it done, so as sick as I was, I went down and had my my Dental work done, On another appointment, I was still sick, and the Kidney stone was still giving me pain, so I didnt want to be fussed at by Sarah again, so I force myself to get to the office sick from this Kidney stone, so when I walked in the office, I was holding my side. Employee Sarah said whats wrong with you? I said Im still having pain from my kidney stone, then she just blew up and yelled at me and said OH GO HOME !!!!! JUST GO HOME !!!! SO with Sarah your dammed if you do, Dammed if you dont with her.One day I had an appointment at the Inglewood office, I was trying to tell the Dental assistant the rubber piece was choking me while she was taking Xrays, all of a sudden Employee Sheridan came in and starts yelling at me and said IF YOU DONT LIKE THE SERVICES HERE YOU CAN GET THE HELL OUT !!!!!!! On my last appointment I spent 15,000 dollars to repair my upper bridge, Months went by.. like 7 Months, so I ask Employee Natlie about my teeth because she said they have to order them, all of a sudden Natilie just start screaming at me and said ..STOP IT!!!!! STOP IT !!!! JUST STOP IT !!! I TOLD YOU YOUR TEETH IS GONNA TAKE TIME !!!!! JUST STOP IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!! The day after, I told Dr Lee at the Hawthorne Office and complained about Natalie. After, Natalie start blowing up my phone.. texting me. calling my Emergency Contact my newphew, leaving me messages saying you started your Dental work here! your going to finish it here.! I never returned her call.. I was done with Natalie.. ! I was in the Hospital for Medical Reasons and The Dental office said I had to bring a Note to proceed with my Dental work, My Medical Dr said, she never heard of me needing a note for the Dentist but she gave me one anyway. I explained to my Dr at the Hospital about The abuse of Dr Lee's staff. My Dr at the Hospital said, I understand you like this Dentist, But there are plenty of Dentist out there, you dont have to take that abuse.. So my Primary Medical Doctor gave me a Referral. My new Dentist is great!! Walking distance from my house ! AND SO PAINLESS !! .smile .The staff is very Pleasant , easy going, very Hospitable,Nice and Friendly, what a change, ITS LIKE NIGHT AND DAY!! I like Dr Lee ,But since I met my new Dentist, I wish I left a long time ago, Dr Lee is a great Dentist and very Kind, But his staff, especially that does the Billing, Sarah and Natilie is extemely rude and disrespectful, and for the first time going to this office for over 30 years. I will never be back, after Natilie yelling at me, it was just unbearable I had enough of their abuse, and Im tired of Complaining to Dr Lee about his staffs behaivor, One day,I explained to Dental assistant Shonte,I was still feeling Pain,and can Dr Lee Give me more Novacaine. And with out checking with the Dr, she said no. The Dr is not going to give you anymore, It appears The Inglewood Office has a tendancy on taking situations on them selves with out informing Dr Lee?? One day shonte did a compression of my lower teeth, she pressed so hard. it was so painful I almost fell out the Dental chair she was pressing down so hard, She was shouting at me STAY STILL !!! STAY STILL!! YOU HAVE TO STAY STILL!!! But her pressing down on my Jaw so hard the pain was unbearable. With tears rolling down my eyes from the pain..When she was done, Dental Assistant Shonte said, It felt like I was pressing down hard, but I really wasnt .. WHAT??! The next day my Lower inner lip was in so much pain swollen,Black and Blew from her pressing down so hard , I no longer feel comfortable going here. Was I afflicted with intentional pain?? When I went home, I felt some gestures were not sincere and not nessecary .. So do I feel Natlie ran me out of there? YES !! I am so happy with my new Dentist, I got the rest of my Dental work Done, 3 Cavities and a Root Canal and Crown. Which cost me 6,300 Dollars, I will miss My Friend Dr Lee, But I just cant take anymore Rudeness and disrespect from his Unprofessional staff. And I hope someday as a Friend he will replace them..Im sure he would do much better with out them.. God Bless Dr Lee, I will surely miss him.. But due to his staff being so rude, and disrespectful, I will never be back..God Bless Dr Lee,Take Care ..
