The staff that gave me the gown to change into explained it like she has done this for decades, even though she is probably still in her 20s. The imaging technician that preformed the CT procedure was very professional with outstanding bedside manner. She took her time to make sure the procedure was done with the best results for the lab and my doctor to review. During the procedure, she told me about what was coming up and what to expect, so I was not surprised by any of the steps or chemicals used during the procedure. Also very pleasantly surprised that the wait time once I was in the back waiting area was under 10 minutes, before I was lead to the imaging room for the procedure. Solid 4 stars.

Patient Portal shows to schedule appointment that I already had, I was at the doctor today for results. No results shown for appointment that was 5 days ago. The patient portal person (no name given) says it will update when the technician gets around to it. I can't understand why customer service is non existent and I was treated like an imposition on their day! When you're face to face with the technicians it is a warm caring experience. Phone calls are subpar and I was left with the question why take the job if you don't like people!

Poor communication…read more Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment scheduled for 8:00, but the front desk, Charisma said it was supposed to be at 7:30. Even after checking in, more than 20 people were called and left while I continued waiting for 1:47 hours. When I asked about the delay, Charisma said that I was considered late and had been pushed to the back of the line. If there was a scheduling issue, it should have been communicated clearly instead of leaving me waiting without explanation. Very frustrating and unprofessional handling of appointments.

During check-in, the staff took the time to ask questions about my pain and realized the MRI order wasn't the best study for my tailbone. By then, my doctor's office and the insurance company were already closed and it looked like I'd have to reschedule. The woman at the front desk was absolutely incredible. She worked so hard to find a solution and never gave up. Thanks to her persistence and the entire team's professionalism, I was able to have the correct MRI done that evening. Everyone was kind, caring and professional and the facility was spotless. I hope I don't need another MRI anytime soon, but if I do, I won't go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I'm only updating this review, because I've attempted to call Pueblo three times over the past two days, and they promise to call me back and don't. I'm not sure whether this is fraud or just pure incompetence, but do *NOT* seek services here. Going to the Attorney General if I get one more call or bill for these people. And for the ridiculous effort it's taken to get this claim processed, that refund needs to come quickly.

It felt like we were in a private movie theater. The technician was very nice and personable. She worked on my daughter and since the baby was asleep, made some suggestions on how to try and wake the baby up. Baby turned out to be stubborn so she offered a free revisit to see if baby would cooperate the next time. We left with a few videos of the sonogram and pictures. Highly recommend this place if you are considering doinga 4D/HD ultrasound.

The facilities are beautiful and incredibly clean, everything is so well organized, and the people who work there are genuinely pleasant and helpful. Parking also plentiful. They offer just about everything under one roof, which makes the whole process so much easier. They no longer have the minimum required spaces normally required much less the medical facility requirement. As a walk-in patient, the process was fairly painless and I was seen within an hour after arriving. Not bad considering it was after 5 pm! The staff was nice enough but didn't seem too professional, especially the lady at the front desk. Even worse, the estimated amount I owed and had to pay ended up being about $125 MORE than she originally quoted me (even with insurance). That dreaded bill in the mail arrived about two weeks later, and it was a nasty surprise especially after putting an expensive co-pay on a credit card during my initial visit. The facility seemed high tech and was clean, especially in the back. The lobby was uncomfortable and reminded me of a run down bus station. There were plenty of seats, but it's not the most pleasant place to have to sit and wait. Once I was taken in the back, the tech was super friendly and did a good job explaining what she was doing, which helped take the edge off an already stressful situation. She wasn't very thoughtful when it came to having me raise my arm for x-ray pictures, though, and I constantly had to keep reminding her that my arm was potentially broken (indeed it was) and trying to lift if over my head was incredibly painful. The entire x-ray process took less than 30 minutes, and they got the images to my doctor within two days. Yep, broken arm right at the shoulder! That meant I was able to get in to see an orthopedist for professional treatment that same week! I wouldn't make Pueblo Medical Imaging my first choice the next time I need x-rays, but it worked in a pinch and is great if you need to get some imaging done outside typical medical office hours.
