It can be scary trying to pick a school & not knowing if that schools accreditation will get accepted by certain facilites . Two managers , the tech manager (I think. Her name is Christy. Short for Christina? ) WAS WONDERFUL !!!!! That beautiful human being decided to take time out of her day to talk to me a little bit more about becoming a tech . And the front desk manager, helped me talk to her !!!! Front desk being the first line of defense , did great too !!!!!!!!!! I cannot speak on the patient side, but I'm pretty sure any problems , they can be directed to management & im sure it'll get resolved to the best of their ability !!!!!!! Once it was…read morefound, I was asked (forced) to give an explanation or would not be able to receive the ultrasound. I've been using this facility for approximately 10yrs, and this is the first time I have encountered an issue. First, they could not find the referral for the ultrasound, then (while on hold) was hung up on, then I had to fully explain why the ultrasound was necessary. After all of this nonsense, the only appointment was an appointment 4 days before my schedule Dr appointment. I'm sorry, but what world do you live in and expect any doctor to receive the accurate results in less than 4 days. Shame on you.

She went above and beyond--finding a stress ball to help calm my nerves. That small, thoughtful gesture truly made a difference during a difficult procedure. I contacted Steinberg with referral and the insurance…read morepre-approval, scheduled my appointment with a person after dropping into their AI hayl system. AI kept trying yoschedule me for a service i was nit requesting. Days later their system canceled my appointment, rescheduled without talking to me, went back to my insurance company to get approval which created confusion on my insurers part thinking I was getting a second procedure. My procedure was delayed. I had to reschedule appointments with my doctors and specialists because of this and treatment has been delayed. Today, I got a random email saying we got approval from your insurance. You need to schedule an appointment. Call back in fight the AI again and then get with someone who confirms my appointment was still in the system. I asked to be transferred to someone in management to talk about their faulty AI and the auto generating system that was failing clients and get someone who theoretically was supposed to be management. Turns out it was another scheduler, and they had no power to do anything. Another Steinberg fail. After this test I willl not be going back to Steinberg and will be helping my friends and family to go to other providers as well. Why help them? Because so many can't fight their way thru the AI super ststem and just give ip. This is medical need not an impulse buy. The Steinberg of even 5 years ago is gone. The service you get is not worth the hassle and fight thru their subpar systems and poor customer care center. If only there was a zero star option.
