You don't think north Idaho and great tuna tacos but I was pleasantly surprised. The course itself was very challenging in a beautiful part of northern Idaho. The pins were set I. It is actually surrounded by beautiful mountains in Blanchard Idaho. Stone Ridge Motorcoach Resort is a Class A only motorcoach resort. It is a great place to escape for a quiet retreat. First let me start with the staff. The entire staff works very hard to make your stay a memorable one. The entire staff was very helpful and very courteous. Many of them work several different jobs at the facility to make your stay a good one. The facility is absolutely beautiful. The RV resort is spectacular with large roads throughout the park, extra large level concrete spaces and grass yards surrounding ever space. It is extremely quiet with stunning views in every direction. However with all that said there are a couple things that you may need or perhaps are important to know. No cable TV inputs, so you better have satellite. The facility only has wifi at the golf course club house and grille not at the rv park. Not a big deal but there is no AT&T cell service for 5 miles. However the Verizon signal is very good. The grille is a very casual with a limited menu but as I said previously the staff is very hard working and friendly. As for the golf course, absolutely beautiful and only $40.00 for a round of golf. I personally thought that was a great deal. We've been here for 3 weeks and you'd think by now he'd know our names, or maybe smile, or even say hello. Being friendly doesn't cost the course any more money, but it goes a long way in customer satisfaction and word of mouth recommendations. We planned on looking at real estate on this trip. But have a few other options, so we'll invest our money elsewhere. In fact, we had friends coming to stay here next month and told them not to bother. The course also needs a Marshall or someone that loops the course a few times a day. Homeowners on this course tend to jump in and it creates a big back up. In our 3 weeks here, it has happened each and every time. We spoke to one homeowner and he told us that he feels entitled to do so and knows that the management is "lazy as F", so no chance they're ever going to stop it. Also had a few choice words about how rude Randy in the pro shop is. It's unfortunate, because the course is fun and challenging. But Randy's attitude is causing us to cut this vacation short and move to a new spot. With Covid, there's alot of availability and the competition for vacation dollars is fierce. Fortunately in our favor! We've made some new friends here and will check back to see if the management issues have improved.

Starter is absent at all times, Marshalls just drive around, but they don't say anything when people are playing slow or driving on tee boxes or greens. After waiting over 2 hours one came available wereas we were told it was reserved for a person that was not even at the location at the time. I was present when the staff made a call for this person to come to the course as a cart was free. Unbenounced to the staff I know the person they called at home and he lives aprox 45 minutes away. Unacceptable that we had to stay there for a first come first serve when they simply call this person at home for his cart reservation. And the fact that we live out of town as well. No valid explanation given when I questioned same. Was told "sorry we are a small town operation with limited carts" although I would have liked to play this course my family will not be recomending this course to fellow friend. Guess I'm just a small toy boy that came back from the large city to visit family and am not as important as your friends.
