Giving them 5 stars because they took good care of our party. Great menu selection, great wine list, great views. We came to celebrate a birthday and were not disappointed. Prme rib, Israeli chicken schnitzel, Halibut n chips with great desserts to end a special eve. Thank you Idaho Club! We will be back to enjoy the deck when the weather is nice!

This review is just for the restaurant. My wife and I decided to try this restaurant as we had heard great things from friends in the Sandpoint community. We were not disappointed! Beautiful restaurant, amazing chef, and our server Lori was excellent! We used to love 41 South but since they closed were lucky to still have the Idaho Club even though its a bit further away. Will definitely be back!

Now I know why the restaurant was nearly empty on a Sunday.

We've enjoyed quite a few great dinners here. Gluten free options as well as vegetarian for our grass eating guests. Beautiful views.

Nice place to meet for dinner. Great drinks and good food in a scenic and spacious north Idaho setting.

The course is very difficult, to the extent where it takes the fun out of playing. Course condition was ok.

The bar seating has a balcony that overlooks Pack River but the bees were pretty bad this year so didn't sit outside.

Talus was eclectic, artistic and it felt like we were a guest in somebody's amazing house. It was a midweek stay. Maybe there was another couple there. We had the house to ourselves. That night we saw deer grazing out back and it snowed overnight. We woke up to a beautiful scene which included a few people ice skating on the frozen pond. We were in the Kipling suite which had a jet tub big enough for two people to swim is. It had a mini fridge, microwave, small coffee maker with coffee. A definite off the norm place to relax. On a side note, had an over the top dinner at 113 Main.

Hi Heather, Thank…read moreyou for taking the time to respond and engage with the feedback--it's clear you care deeply about the property. We hope that on a future visit, you might experience TRR from the perspective of a first-time guest--someone arriving with the hope of finding a peaceful retreat, but instead feeling somewhat like they've unexpectedly stepped into someone else's private space. While you see meaningful memories and personal touches, guests may interpret these items, photos, and instructions differently. The feeling of intrusion was heightened when the resident innkeeper prepared their own family's meal in the middle of the great room, making the shared space feel less like a guest retreat and more like someone else's home with lingering odors. There's so much to love about the property--the architecture and setting are truly stunning. With a bit of refreshing (particularly in terms of dusting all the bric-a-brac) and a shift in focus back toward creating a getaway experience, TRR could easily return to the high ratings it once enjoyed--as a place where guests can relax, reset, and grow.

I did not know what to expect being that this place was in rural Idaho. I was amazed when I saw it. The place is beautiful! Everything is brand new, and the accommodations are fantastic. Tony who runs the place with his family was a gracious host and doubles as the chef. The meals were outstanding. They offered breakfast, lunch and dinner and even had adult beverages to enjoy in the evening. The place was well secluded and offered beautiful scenic views of the mountains and the lake behind the property. The lodge is perfect for meetings, events and even a nice place to take your loved one or a place to stay during the winter for snowmobilers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice weekend getaway and I know I will be coming back soon. Thank you to Tony and his lovely family for their warm hospitality. 5 stars!!!!!

Folks I'm here to tell you that what Tony does to food in the kitchen is nothing short of magic. The food served here is equal to (or better) than some finest expensive restaurants. Tony makes us Breakfast & Supper, and will even pack you a sack lunch for your days adventure, all included in the price of the room. Tony has beverages (beer, wine & soda) but you will have to bring your own liquor. If your looking for an upscale experience in rural Idaho, this is the place to try. Best of Luck! We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do!
