I have been seeing Tiffany for years. Tiffany is quite skilled at cutting my hair. When you walk in the door you are greeted by Tiffanny who offers you a wide variety of beverages. The shampoo is quite the treat and finishes with a fantastic neck masaage. Tiffany gives haircuts and colors. She styles and UPDOS ( special events, weddings,etc.) . She also does hair extensions,body waxing,nails,make up application and other services. I've had my guy nails done once in awhile for job interviews. She does a fabulous job with my nails ( not that I'm an expert in nails) and finishes off the manicure ( why does it have the word man in it) with a fabulous hand masaage. Guys- she's great. Ladies- my wife loves her. Ladies- while your hair sets or whatever you gals do at the hair salon you get to sit in a glorious masaage chair. WOW! I originally had an appt with another stylist but because of my own miscommunication and the recent loss of my dad, I came the wrong day. (I'm really sorry about that guys) I was lucky enough to meet Michelle there working late. She agreed to cut it for me and try to fix it because I had a job interview that Friday. I walked into the salon when there was one employee working and she was presently cutting a customer's hair, didn't ask her name but she had short blonde hair, and I went ungreeted and unnoticed for a few minutes. Being in customer service myself, whether you're currently busy or not, acknowledging your customers' presence is important. So I decided to walk myself deeper into the salon and find the product myself. THEN SHE SPOKE TO ME! "Can I help you with anything?" I told her I was looking for product to reduce hair loss. That's when she laughed at me and basically rolled her eyes, then spoke in a condescending voice, "uhhmmm I don't think anything like that exists, haha" so now that she has been openly condescending and rude to me in front of other customers, I walked out crying.
