It's called "3 types of chicken", three different spices it blew our minds and was frying on the pan as it was served, what a spectacle. It was also quite hot since it was 35 degrees Celsius outside where we were sitting. We have been talking about happy valley ever since and hope to return. We were greeted as we arrived from a smiling man from the UK, who later had a chat with us to see if we were ok, the food is great, cooked as you like and with the individual flavours of the spices coming through. Anyhow, the young man did an amazing job at keeping the order straight with our group of 9 all by himself. If you cant tell I commend him. This Indian food was so good. I'm not experienced I Indian cuisine, but everything tasted great. It was freshly made and the flavors were well balanced. I will say though that they have evening hours that aren't long at all but if you can manage to get there while they're open I'd definitely do so.
