I was met at the door by the cashier who saw me getting my baby out of the car. She held the door open and welcomed me in. As i was looking at the screens for the menu she did let me know that there were menus that also sat on the counter! There were two cashiers, one that was being trained. They both were very nice. I asked them what is their favorite and one suggested the catfish & wing plate. So i got that- wings were mild. It came with fries and a drink, which i got a strawberry lemonade. I also wanted to try the eggrolls so i got a Philly and a chicken eggrolls. I wanted to order a piece of strawberry cake but unfortunately they had no desserts available. My total came up to about $35 dollars and it took about 15 mins for my food to be ready. When it was, they opened my boxes to show me and i must admit, it all looked so good! I tasted the lemonade while there and it was good! They even offered to top my lemonade off before leaving. When i got home to try the food, everything was still hot and was very good. The piece of catfish i had was huge and sat on a bed of crinkle fries and my wings were wet! They too were very good! As far as receiving the product, which btw they have it shipped from a warehouse-so be prepared to wait, then no matter how small or big your order check all boxes as within our batch we're 2 boxes of totally different tile.that caused another week's delay for our renovation. And then there's the problem of customer service not bothering to check notes on what is paid, or what are replacement tiles. So if you're not dealing with the same person- no telling. I made a mistake: I thought about swapping the tag from the one I wanted onto the other, assuming they cost the same. I never had any intention of stealing or trying to alter prices. However, one of your employees--who was also Hispanic, by the way--started insulting us, accusing us of being thieves, and asking if this was the example I was setting for my children. He reported us to security, and we were humiliated and kicked out of the store. We weren't stealing or doing anything wrong; we were just shopping. We were accused without being given a chance to defend ourselves--since we don't speak English--and were thrown out as if we had actually stolen something, even though we hadn't. We were intimidated for no reason. All I ask for is respect. If we did something wrong, I apologize, but I would never steal--especially not with my visiting sister, who is a pastor in my home country. I simply believe everyone deserves equal treatment, the right to explain themselves, and to be treated like human beings. It was the worst experience of our lives. I hope you speak to your employees and remind them that customer service requires patience, kindness, and respect for others--especially for older people. I am 56 and my sister is 65; we are mature women, and being treated with such arrogance and racism by one of your employees is unacceptable to me. I tried to explain--the video footage confirms this--but he threw us out like dogs. I hope this complaint helps improve your customer service. Thank you very much.

The only problem we had was they kept raising the storage rent and what started out as a reasonable rental arrangement got quite expensive in the end. We were finally able to move our items last weekend and everything was in order when we opened our unit. There were several dollies and Heather Markovich was amazing. She was kind and considerate and made our moving process a very good experience. Although we did not like the rising prices, Heather was priceless. Did some 3V Lithium batteries for our security system. Searching the internet, I found the big box…read morestores did not stock them, but I could order them online. The big drugstore chain stocked them, but they were $13 each or $22 for two. Batteries Plus Bulbs had them that stock and they were only $16.99 for two. This saved me $25 and a few days of wait for the batteries to be shipped. As usual, the in-store customer service was SUPERB. The young man even checked my old batteries to make sure they needed to be replaced. I HIGH RECOMMEND this Batteries Plus Bulbs store in Cordova, TN.
