I sat in the parking lot until 5:30 pm and when I arrived inside, a different girl told me I was mistaken. But then apologized for their error. Why would someone tell me to come at 530 pm over the phone and then decline to see me once I arrived? I can only speculate. No one bothered to call me and cancel or tell me anything. It was an extremely unprofessional way to treat a potentially new customer, and I wasted an hour of my life for no reason, in a parking lot, because I trusted the person on the phone. She asked for a photo of my brows ahead of time to prep for the process. When I came in, she re-examined again and asked what shape I'd like. For my appointment I requested a consultation online but instead she just went into the service right away. There was never a point where I got to say the type of curl I wanted, but I honestly thought they were all the same based on the Yelp pictures but now I know for next time to ask more questions. The appointment was silent, which I was a little sad about because I wanted to know what was going on. I wasn't fully satisfied with the first lift. I have long, thick eyelashes and the first lift left them very straight and not like any of the pictures on Yelp. She did help fix them immediately but the second time was very silent too and I would appreciate more guidance next time. Though it seemed like they were rushed for time.
