We had a great experience our first time at Mishka's! Our poodle mix, Piper, is a little nervous at grooming appointments but we could tell right away that the staff really loved animals and cared about her comfort and well-being. When we picked her up she was napping under the table (they are crate free!) and happy to see us. She looked perfect and it took less than 3 hours. We will definitely be taking Piper there again!!

It is moi, Mozzarella -- and I just had my very first grooming at Mishka Grooming with the fabulous Mademoiselle Alisa, and mamma mia... I feel like a cloud who joined a couture fashion show. The salon is so calm -- très peaceful, très gentle -- perfect for sensitive pups like moi. No chaos, no barking symphonies, no stressful crowds. Just soft voices, soft hands, and soft hearts. The ambiance? A cozy boutique vibe that whispers, "Relax, bella... you're safe." Alisa was truly magnifique! She hand-scissored my coat like an artist sculpting a marshmallow. My curls were perfect -- fluffy, smooth, even, and oh-so-princess. No nicks, no tears, no trembling. I did not cry once (which, if you know me, is already a miracle worthy of its own Disney special). Even better -- they honored Mama's request that I not be around other dogs. No cages, no crates... they simply told Mama exactly how long my appointment would take and even gave her a call a few minutes before so she could pick me up the moment I was done. When she arrived, Alisa was right beside me, comforting me like I'm the baby angel I am. Now I look like a macaron that wandered out of a Parisian bakery. Fluffy. Fresh. Fabulous. Très chic. Très perfect. And now, I'm THAT girl -- the one who spends her summers on the French Riviera and her winters in Capri. The salon itself? Boutique size Very clean Light & bright Plus, Mama noticed there's a non-toxic nail salon next door. She plans to try it next time I have my beauty appointment -- a mother-daughter spa day, très chic e molto elegante. If you have a pup who is anxious, sensitive, or who dreams of being treated like royalty, Mishka Grooming -- especially Mademoiselle Alisa -- is the place. I brought my mini poodle there to see if they could fix a haircut that she got somewhere else and knew the moment I walked in that she was in good hands. I didn't even really need to explain what I wanted, they just knew. When I picked her up a couple hours later, I was soooo impressed. She looked absolutely beautiful. Additionally, the dogs are allowed to roam free and the environment is very calm. My dog was happy and not looking to run for the hills :). I will most definitely be back. What a wonderful experience.

I used this grooming salon for my Pomeranian and had good experiences at first. Unfortunately, during our last visit, my dog's coat was severely damaged -- most of the fur on his sides was pulled out, and I picked him up with almost bald areas. When I raised my concerns, the owner, Natalia, blamed me for not bringing him in often enough, even though less than two months had passed between grooming appointments, and said they "saved" my dog instead of taking responsibility for the damage. This response was extremely disappointing. Pomeranian coats require very careful handling, and improper grooming can permanently ruin the fur. Sadly, that is exactly what happened here. Because of both the poor outcome and the lack of accountability, I cannot recommend this grooming salon.

I cannot say enough great things about Mishka Grooming! Natalia is truly an artist--she has an incredible eye for detail and the gentlest touch. My dogs, Bunny, Greta, and Mabel, absolutely adore her, which says everything! Natalia makes the grooming experience stress-free and enjoyable, which is no small feat. Their cuts have never looked better, and I can tell how much care she puts into her work. Finding someone this skilled and loving is rare, and I feel so lucky to have her as my groomer. If you're looking for someone who treats your pets like family and gives them the best grooming they've ever had, look no further. Highly recommend!

I've been bringing my 12-year-old, 30lbs Goldendoodle, Benny, to Natalia for over a year now, and I can't recommend her enough. Her new spa, Mishka Grooming, is beautiful, spotless, and clearly designed with both dogs and their humans in mind. Every pup gets individual attention, no crates, no chaos. Natalia is incredibly efficient; Benny is always ready in about 2.5 hours, which is almost unheard of for doodles his size! Even though he's never been a fan of baths or grooming, he absolutely loves seeing her. The results are consistently top-notch, he comes out looking like a perfect teddy bear every time, with not a single loose hair and an adorable necklace to top it off. Highly recommend!

Mishka is the best groomer I've been to. They don't use crates, and my little doodle is no longer apprehensive about going to the groomer. My dog has gotten older and through all these years I used to bathe him myself. Unfortunately for him (and for me) I wasn't very good at it... so I decided to give an actual grooming service a shot and I'm so glad I found Mishka Grooming! Lovely owner and staff. They do an absolutely wonderful job with my old, sweet pibble. His ears were spotless, nails trimmed all the way down without any sign of over-trimming, coat was clean and shiny and soft, teefies cleaned, and he smelled amazing! Can't recommend this place enough! read more

She was able to take me day of which I was super grateful for and salvage what she could of my dogs coat to make it look more even and presentable. This is the first time I picked up my dog from the groomer with a smile on his face! This grooming place truly feels like a spa for dogs. From the moment we arrived, Natasha handled my dog Franco with care and attention. She knew exactly how to approach him, especially since he is quite jittery around strangers and not always comfortable with others handling him. The haircut she gave him was the perfect Schnauzer cut-just what I was hoping for. And to top it off, my dog smelled amazing! Best salon ever!! I bring both of my dogs here, a toy poodle & a golden doodle. I LOVE that they only work on one dog at a time. A lot of other groomers take a bunch of dogs at once & keep them in kennels and rotate working on dogs.. not here!! The dogs are never kept in kennels and receive amazing attention. I know my dogs are relaxed and safe here. Before I found this salon, my dog used to shake going into the groomer and was terrified. Now he BOLTS into this salon and is sooooo excited!! We are so grateful. PS you get the cutest photoshoots oh, also once my dog had fleas and I brought him here (got same day appt which was amazing) and it was taken care of! read more

My dogs and I are happy that we found this grooming. No one will take better care of my babies than Natasha, the owner of the business. My furry children happily run to her, not even missing me. Watching him suffer like this has been awful. I had to rush him to the vet at 9am and spend an additional $400 for treatment, medication, and care due to the severity of the infections. What makes this even more upsetting is learning that your groomers are trained to bathe dogs without using cotton balls in their ears. That seems incredibly counterproductive and unsafe, especially considering how easily water can get trapped and lead to ear infections. Louie has never experienced anything like this before, and it is heartbreaking seeing him in so much pain over something that should have been a routine grooming appointment. I also have videos showing the condition he was in afterward, including the head tilt and discomfort he's been experiencing. I expected professional and safe care for my dog, and instead I was left with a traumatized dog, a stressful emergency vet visit, and hundreds of dollars in unexpected medical bills. I truly hope management takes this seriously so no other dog has to go through this.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this is one of those cases where I really want to share my experience. I'm honestly so happy with the result! I was really worried about my puppy's coat - it's still in that difficult stage: very soft, prone to matting, and with almost no guard hair on the back. I didn't even know how this could be handled properly. But the work that was done here is on a completely different level. This wasn't just grooming to "make it look nice", you can tell there's a real understanding of the coat, the breed, and how it develops. After the session, the coat looks and feels completely different: light, fluffy, clean, no tangles, and beautifully shaped but still very natural, not overdone. Also, the care and attitude really stood out. Everything was done gently and thoughtfully, which matters so much with a young puppy. Now my dog looks absolutely perfect! This is definitely the best groomer not only in Los Angeles but in all of California. We first took our dog to Mishka Grooming based on a recommendation, and it was the best recommendation we could have received. For Natalia's service, we travel from Orange County--at least two hours each way--just to have our dog groomed by her. This is the best service and the best grooming work.
