Jazmin and Richie are such great people! I had to find a new groomer for my dog after moving, and they were so responsive and accommodating. My dog can be fussy and difficult when he's scared, but Richie and Jazmin were so patient, giving him words of affirmation and treats throughout the entire process. My dog is a Maltese and was told it would be 15 for anal gland extraction, 15 for ear cleaning, 15 for nail clipping, and 40 for bath and blow dry. I love this place and these people! Jazmine and her husband are the sweetest and most kind hearted people I know. They have been grooming all my dogs, from my departed Toni and Alih to my present doggie, William Wallace. They really clean the doggies well and are very precise with the haircuts as long as you know how to give good instructions. They have a 100% success rate for me. Even Wallace knows how good he looks. He has been strutting around with his new haircut like a doggie model. The price is fair for what you get, wash, cut, nails, glands, ears, etc. I mean, I have gone elsewhere closer to home and they always mess up something major, like cutting off all my doggies hair to the skin...weird. I'm so glad that Jazmine and her husband are still open after the pandemic and I am able to keep the tradition going with Wallace. The best part is that he wasn't freaked out after and was happy. This lets me know that they were caring and gentle with him while grooming. He didn't run out like he did elsewhere, he strolled over happily. This is a highly recommended place for grooming. Be aware that the owners are partially deaf so you need to text your grooming instructions and to make your appointment for easier communication. I took my dog here about a week and a half ago to get groomed, and immediately after picking her up I noticed she started scratching, but thought that it was from the extremely fragrant shampoo they used because she is sensitive and I forgot to tell them to use the sensitive shampoo. All week she's been itchy and and its gradually gotten worse.. fast forward to yesterday, I noticed a flea on her.. then 2.. then 3... Obviously I don't have proof that that's where she got the fleas from, but she hasn't gone anywhereeee during COVID (not even the dog park) besides walks around the neighborhood.. and coincidentally started scratching after her grooming appointment. I reached out to Jasmine to let her know and she quickly got defensive saying if a dog that comes in has fleas they immediately take a bath, and they clean the crates the dogs are in after, and my dog likely got fleas from somewhere else. She also said that dogs don't get fleas from other dogs.. which is absolutely not true and the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I highly suggest to steer clear of this place. Now we are the process of deep cleaning the house, and are out $150 on flea treatment/medication.. all a huge hassle that could have been avoided if we went somewhere else. read more

Jasmine and Richard did an amazing job with our pup, Mosley. It was our first time at Rejoy's and we weren't sure what to expect. Mosley is super picky and we were worried about leaving him - but Jasmine and Richard made us feel so reassured! Richard texted us some wonderful pictures during the grooming process and it made us feel much more comfortable leaving him. When we picked him up, he looked like a new man! Very handsome. Wanted to leave a follow up review. We've been sending our girl to get groomed every time since my first review, and they always do an impeccable job. She comes back smelling nice and fluffy with a beautiful haircut. They take several hours each time so don't expect rapid service, but they do quality work. Found this place on yelp Our fur baby was in much need of a cut and they did such a great job on it. My baby was matted and needed to be shaved down a lot. He is a miniature poodle mix so once his hair is long it's easy to get matted. Richard and Jasmine were very sweet and they made us feel very comfortable to leave Loki with them. After we left they would text us pictures of them cutting his hair. We appreciated that a lot because we were wondering how he was doing. I've been coming here for about 4 years. Jasmine and her husband, Richie have taken great care of my 6-yr old Maltese. After adopting Happya, I've been trying out various cuts to find the best one that is easy to manage. I would recommend these groomers. I could tell that they LOVE the dogs they care for. And I've witnessed other pups' new doos. My little girl isn't scared to come here. She gives Jasmine a few kisses on the face when I drop her off. And she is beautiful when I pick her up! My boyfriend and I just moved to the neighborhood and live walking-distance to Rejoy's. We walked over to ask about pricing and both Jasmine and her husband were so nice and sweet. They were able to take my dog that same day which was so convenient because he really needed a bath and cut. Jasmine did a fabulous job on our dog's cut--it's evident she pays attention to details. I foster hospice dogs who are often emaciated and hard to regularly groom because it can be traumatic for them. I took my sweet little guy, Mark Twain who is in kidney failure, and very skinny and weak to Jasmine, and she did such a beautiful job, he had a new spring in his step when we left there because he felt so good. They accommodated me on very short notice and still gave my dog all the time and attention she needed. My dog was completely calm when I picked her up. The few reviewers who posted less than 5 stars may not have realized that Jasmine and her husband are deaf, and English isn't Jasmine's first language. For me, the best way to communicate is by making the appointment through Yelp (they respond very quickly). The first time I ended up showing her a picture to explain what I wanted and the result was even better than the picture! The shop is no frills but has everything for a dog to be happy. I took my dog in for a basic nail trim. Even though he's docile and calm, the person working requested that I hold him in place while she trimmed. It quickly turned into a terrible experience as the nails were cut way shorter than they needed to be. He began bleeding and yelping in pain and she continued even though they were clearly short enough. Her gloves and shirt were covered in blood from his bleeding toes / nails. I had to end it before she was finished because of his crying and excessive bleeding which he never does. Upon leaving I realized I also had blood on my shirt, and when I got home my dog was still bleeding hours later and dripping blood on my rug. I have no idea how well this place does other services but go somewhere else for a nail trim, it was awful. read more

The sweetest couple ever. I recently moved back to LA and have only used one groomer prior who was in San Diego. Living in Beverly Hills, I was expecting way higher prices than what I used to but this was only $10 more and my little boy came home smelling sooooo good. I dropped him off at noon and picked him up at 4 because I think they had a lot of dogs that day. The only thing I would say they could improve is to shorten that time because my dog really hates being still and he never knows why he's there. Other than that, they were so accommodating. They took me on a day that was convenient for me and even sent me updates. They really made sure to ask me again and again exactly how I wanted his cut. You have to make sure you look at them so they can read your lips. The entrance to the store is actually in the back and there are a few parking spots. If you go to the front, it will look like they are closed. I'm happy to have found my new grooming place in LA :) read more

Jasmine is the BEST! She is gentle with Jax (our Pom) and has been grooming him since he was a little puppy. She was also patient with him during his first grooming sessions. At first Jax didn't like grooming. (He had a bad experience at another place before we started going to Jasmine) She let me stay with him for a couple of sessions. So happy I found this place! New to the area and my old groomers are located in the Valley. Not looking to drive that far, I got on Yelp and found Rejoy which was highly rated and I could tell from the photos the groomer does great work! I set an appointment and brought my dog in today. I explained to Jasmine that I love his long Chubacca look so I just wanted to trim his existing Homeless looking shag. Leila is a 13 year old grumpy chorkie that actually enjoys going to Rejoy's because Jasmine takes good care of her.
