I love this place and these people! Jazmine and her husband are the sweetest and most kind hearted people I know. They have been grooming all my dogs, from my departed Toni and Alih to my present doggie, William Wallace. They really clean the doggies well and are very precise with the haircuts as long as you know how to give good instructions. They have a 100% success rate for me. Even Wallace knows how good he looks. He has been strutting around with his new haircut like a doggie model. The price is fair for what you get, wash, cut, nails, glands, ears, etc. I mean, I have gone elsewhere closer to home and they always mess up something major, like cutting off all my doggies hair to the skin...weird. I'm so glad that Jazmine and her husband are still open after the pandemic and I am able to keep the tradition going with Wallace. The best part is that he wasn't freaked out after and was happy. This lets me know that they were caring and gentle with him while grooming. He didn't run out like he did elsewhere, he strolled over happily. This is a highly recommended place for grooming. Be aware that the owners are partially deaf so you need to text your grooming instructions and to make your appointment for easier communication. This is a texting society anyway so it's a smooth process. If I could give more stars, I would. read more

Floating up my thoughts and confirming through the years, I'm still delighted every time I pick-up my two small dogs from form Rejoys. I had taken my doodle and after he would not stop shaking his head. I went to the vet as they said that he developed an infection from the groomers. I do not recommend this place. I asked for my refund from groomers $120 . The groomer stop responding after the vet bill. I won't be taking my dog here. read more

I took my dog here about a week and a half ago to get groomed, and immediately after picking her up I noticed she started scratching, but thought that it was from the extremely fragrant shampoo they used because she is sensitive and I forgot to tell them to use the sensitive shampoo. All week she's been itchy and and its gradually gotten worse.. fast forward to yesterday, I noticed a flea on her.. then 2.. then 3... Obviously I don't have proof that that's where she got the fleas from, but she hasn't gone anywhereeee during COVID (not even the dog park) besides walks around the neighborhood.. and coincidentally started scratching after her grooming appointment. I reached out to Jasmine to let her know and she quickly got defensive saying if a dog that comes in has fleas they immediately take a bath, and they clean the crates the dogs are in after, and my dog likely got fleas from somewhere else. She also said that dogs don't get fleas from other dogs.. which is absolutely not true and the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I highly suggest to steer clear of this place. Now we are the process of deep cleaning the house, and are out $150 on flea treatment/medication.. all a huge hassle that could have been avoided if we went somewhere else. read more

Jasmine and Richard did an amazing job with our pup, Mosley. It was our first time at Rejoy's and we weren't sure what to expect. Mosley is super picky and we were worried about leaving him - but Jasmine and Richard made us feel so reassured! Richard texted us some wonderful pictures during the grooming process and it made us feel much more comfortable leaving him. When we picked him up, he looked like a new man! Very handsome. Wanted to leave a follow up review. We've been sending our girl to get groomed every time since my first review, and they always do an impeccable job. She comes back smelling nice and fluffy with a beautiful haircut. They take several hours each time so don't expect rapid service, but they do quality work. We are moving out of state and will miss them. Highly recommend read more

Found this place on yelp Our fur baby was in much need of a cut and they did such a great job on it. My baby was matted and needed to be shaved down a lot. He is a miniature poodle mix so once his hair is long it's easy to get matted. Richard and Jasmine were very sweet and they made us feel very comfortable to leave Loki with them. After we left they would text us pictures of them cutting his hair. We appreciated that a lot because we were wondering how he was doing. I've been coming here for about 4 years. Jasmine and her husband, Richie have taken great care of my 6-yr old Maltese. After adopting Happya, I've been trying out various cuts to find the best one that is easy to manage. I would recommend these groomers. I could tell that they LOVE the dogs they care for. And I've witnessed other pups' new doos. My little girl isn't scared to come here. She gives Jasmine a few kisses on the face when I drop her off. And she is beautiful when I pick her up! They have taken this pandemic seriously and follow protocols so I don't enter the shop right now. But I really hope they make it through this tough time! My boyfriend and I just moved to the neighborhood and live walking-distance to Rejoy's. We walked over to ask about pricing and both Jasmine and her husband were so nice and sweet. They were able to take my dog that same day which was so convenient because he really needed a bath and cut. Jasmine did a fabulous job on our dog's cut--it's evident she pays attention to details. Our dog got so many compliments on his grooming! I just took him back in for another bath and he looks great! I'm so glad we found this spot and will definitely be regulars! The pricing is also pretty good for the service. read more

Jasmine did a beautiful job grooming my VERY matted Pomeranian puppy. I showed her a picture of the cut I wanted and she stuck to it, an impressive task given the condition my dog's coat was in. It's hard to find someone who knows how to specifically groom a Pomeranian and I am delighted to have found Jasmine for the job! read more

I foster hospice dogs who are often emaciated and hard to regularly groom because it can be traumatic for them. I took my sweet little guy, Mark Twain who is in kidney failure, and very skinny and weak to Jasmine, and she did such a beautiful job, he had a new spring in his step when we left there because he felt so good. Jasmine has groomed my personal dog who is a Bichon as well, and did a beautiful job. I highly recommend Jasmine, especially if you have a dog who needs extra care. read more

The 5 star reviews are true. Jasmine is the perfect dog groomer. She and her husband are the sweetest, most caring people. They accommodated me on very short notice and still gave my dog all the time and attention she needed. My dog was completely calm when I picked her up. The few reviewers who posted less than 5 stars may not have realized that Jasmine and her husband are deaf, and English isn't Jasmine's first language. For me, the best way to communicate is by making the appointment through Yelp (they respond very quickly). The first time I ended up showing her a picture to explain what I wanted and the result was even better than the picture! The shop is no frills but has everything for a dog to be happy. If you want your dog to be cared for like family while getting groomed, this is the place. read more

Jasmine and Richard are always amazing. I cannot thank them enough every time I bring my dog here. My dog Chico passed away last year and today I brought my 5 months yo Maltipoo. When I dropped him off his hair was so messy and when I picked him up he looked different. His nails were trimmed well and his hair looked super cute. I highly recommend this place. read more

We've been coming here for the last two years and we love it. Jasmine is a very professional groomer and she cares a lot about the dogs. Her facility is always clean and our dog always comes back with a great haircut and flea free. Bori has been coming here since she was a puppy and that won't ever change. I read many reviews on different groomers before I came here and was struck by what I read about Jasmine and Richie always making sure not to stress the dogs out. Even though I know Bori doesn't enjoy baths she really loves Jasmine and is always happy to see her so I know that I made the right choice. You can tell Jasmine and Richie's love for the dogs fuels the work they do and I think that's the most important thing. Prepare your loved ones to be spoiled by the finest groomers I have ever worked with. From Boston, to Seattle, to LA: my pups have yet to meet a dog stylist who works the kind of wonders that Jasmine and Richard put into their craft. Even with top-rated 5-star groomers, I have noticed uneven transitions or parts of their fur or paws which have noticeable straight-cut lines. Jasmine leaves no area of the fur untouched by her meticulous care and attention, leaving behind the most perfectly transitioned hair lengths to make your loved ones look naturally beautiful. This is definitely the only place I trust to take my little pomeranian Zoe . After some bad experiences at other places I found Jasmine on Yelp and since then I don't take Zoe anywhere else. Jasmine and Richie are the best groomers I have encountered. Even with the stressful COVID restrictions and how busy they are, they took the time to provide the services that my dog needed. They were gentle and caring as my dog's hair got super matted due to the length it grew. I am amazed how happy and relax my dog was when Richie brought my dog back to me. read more

I took my dog in for a basic nail trim. Even though he's docile and calm, the person working requested that I hold him in place while she trimmed. It quickly turned into a terrible experience as the nails were cut way shorter than they needed to be. He began bleeding and yelping in pain and she continued even though they were clearly short enough. Her gloves and shirt were covered in blood from his bleeding toes / nails. I had to end it before she was finished because of his crying and excessive bleeding which he never does. Upon leaving I realized I also had blood on my shirt, and when I got home my dog was still bleeding hours later and dripping blood on my rug. I have no idea how well this place does other services but go somewhere else for a nail trim, it was awful. read more

i love taking my fur babies to jasmine and richie every time! with jasmine's long-time experience and care for her little guests, she and her husband, richie run a sweet shop. My babies always end up spotless and I can't thank her enough!!! The sweetest couple ever. I recently moved back to LA and have only used one groomer prior who was in San Diego. Living in Beverly Hills, I was expecting way higher prices than what I used to but this was only $10 more and my little boy came home smelling sooooo good. I dropped him off at noon and picked him up at 4 because I think they had a lot of dogs that day. The only thing I would say they could improve is to shorten that time because my dog really hates being still and he never knows why he's there. Other than that, they were so accommodating. They took me on a day that was convenient for me and even sent me updates. They really made sure to ask me again and again exactly how I wanted his cut. You have to make sure you look at them so they can read your lips. The entrance to the store is actually in the back and there are a few parking spots. If you go to the front, it will look like they are closed. I'm happy to have found my new grooming place in LA :) read more

Jasmine is the BEST! She is gentle with Jax (our Pom) and has been grooming him since he was a little puppy. She was also patient with him during his first grooming sessions. At first Jax didn't like grooming. (He had a bad experience at another place before we started going to Jasmine) She let me stay with him for a couple of sessions. Now he's a big boy and stays there by himself. Jax gets compliments on his grooming all the time. Jasmine knows what she is doing! I highly recommend her for your small fur-babies. read more

Rejoy's Pet Grooming is the best in the West all 4 Paws Down. I have been coming to JASMIN since 2012...I have always been more than satisfied. Believe me when I say I have went to nightmare groomers, oh ya there out there but Rejoy's is definitely not one‼ I will not bad mouth them like the person giving a bad review here on Yelp regards to his so called bad experience. I must say how absurd can a person be, that does not have a regular groomer, GET OVER IT PAL! I'm sure it's not his 1st time writing bad reviews, bitter unhappy people tend to take it out on others that they can, Go bully and be disrespectful to someone else you bully ...go to a JR. high School find a kid who's more at your level and leave Rejoy's Pet Grooming alone stay away . The reviews are true coming from the heart No one gets paid to write a review on yelp....SO BELIEVE everything you read but his...Yes Sometimes I have waited but it's worth it , I wonder if the meany who wrote the bad review that's just letting steam out for some other personal issues taking it out on a 5 business ever went to a good RESTRAUNT?? Hummm where he had to wait even with reservations for a good table... obviously not because when a place is busy it's busy for a reason‼ THE PLACE ROCKS Like Rejoy's PET GROOMING. Jasmin works from 10 am till 11 pm sometimes trying to make everyone happy....she works hard by herself most of the time..She's very meticulous and an artist at grooming ‼ look at my girls there models and jump right in the crate waiting for there bath to be pretty every 2 to 4 weeks since 2012 ... Jasmin and Ritchie are very professional they always walk the dogs , There is always water in the bowls most of all lots of love in the place! My Coco Chanel recently passed . I will continue taking my Lolita to these caring animal lovers and so should you. Jasmine has been doing my kids' hair for about two years now and I couldn't be happier. I've gone to many groomers over the years but haven't had the best luck until I found Jasmine. She is so gentle and really listens to exactly what you ask for. I'm always getting compliments on how good my babies look and they wouldn't look this good without Jasmine. Little Gizmo is a sweet pup who doesn't like his legs or paws touched, but Ms Jasmine new how to make sure he got a great spa day despite his puppy attitude. If you want your dog to enjoy grooming this is the place! Have been to many places and my dog is always super nervous about grooming. But this place is really the first one to make grooming less stressful for the dog. Jasmine and her husband are sweet and they love what they are doing! You see it and feel it. All the dogs are calm inside. And come out beautiful and clean. Definitely recommend. read more

Kingsley (my dog) & I have had great experiences with Rejoy's Pet Grooming over the past 8 years. Very affordable. Jasmine & Richie are hard-working couples, incredibly warm and forthcoming and I never feel our of place here. Make appointment earlier as this place is always busy. Jasmine is the only groomer here; make her understand if you have a tight schedule to pick up your baby that day; they will make sure no delay. Else please give Jasmine some extra time as she really puts in a lot of time to take care of each "client". Richie always send me updates and walk Kingsley when I delay on pickup. I prefer to support them than any other chain stores. This is definitely my favorite pet grooming place in the hood. Tiny but mighty :) Go to JASMINE; She does amazing job!! read more

So happy I found this place! New to the area and my old groomers are located in the Valley. Not looking to drive that far, I got on Yelp and found Rejoy which was highly rated and I could tell from the photos the groomer does great work! I set an appointment and brought my dog in today. I explained to Jasmine that I love his long Chubacca look so I just wanted to trim his existing Homeless looking shag. She did an amazing job doing just that and creating the PERFECT round teddy bear face and trimming his body and paws. Highly recommend and will be using the from now on! read more

Absolutely love Jasmine and Richard they care for our baby with so much love and gentleness. Leila is a 13 year old grumpy chorkie that actually enjoys going to Rejoy's because Jasmine takes good care of her. From the moment we arrive with Leila Jasmine knows what we'd like and executes it flawlessly. Leila's hair cuts are always exactly what we want and Jasmine really does cut her nails. We've been to other groomers that haven't cut her nails which have caused them to be painful when walking. Jasmine takes her time and is very patient with our Leila. Jasmine is the only person I trust with Mango's hair! He's our little Pomeranian boy and she grooms him up really well! She responds super fast via text and she is simply amazing with dogs! We're usually apprehensive about other groomers because they don't know how to cut and style pomeranians. But with Jasmine, she makes sure he's super happy, fluffy, and super cute!! I love the way she does his hair! He won't be matte for weeks after his grooming and smells super delicious! If you have a dog with a lot of unmanageable fur and are looking for an amazing groomer, GO TO JASMINE!!!!! read more

Jasmine is my favorite groomer EVER. I used to go to a fancy place where I had to drop off my dogs at 9 and pick them up at 6, a very long day for them and sometimes they got fleas there. Then there was Petco, where they so nicely took my instructions, wrote them down and then proceeded to shave my dogs down to a nub. Then there was the Beverly Hills joint where the owner acts like she's doing me a favor taking my dogs at all. And of course let's not forget the woman down the road who has a pretty dirty salon, where my neighbor's dog got mange. Jasmine was the top groomer at someone else's salon and finally set up shop on her own with her husband, Ritchie, who is a doll. She is mostly deaf and Ritchie hears pretty well. They both read lips. We text back and forth about the dogs' readiness for pick-up which is perfect for me. My dogs are never there for very long, which is nice for them. Jasmine does all the grooming herself and she is meticulous. I have seen her spend 3 hours on a dog and she does scissor cuts, which you will not get at many places. Also, she is consistent, so I don't get various underlings trying out their creativity on my dogs. I have 6 dogs which I bring to her. She handles them all and now some of them just run straight into their pens when I bring them. I notice they don't mind a blow dry any more after the gentle manner with which Ritchie and Jasmine handle my dogs. They are serious dog lovers, patient and gentle with my babies. I can't say enough about how grateful I am that they moved into the neighborhood. I recommend them to everyone. Not so good for me because now she's always so booked up. Her prices are good and she always throws in extras. Her salon is super clean and she brings her own pets, some of them rescues, and they stay up front. What hard working wonderful people they are, excellent work and honest. Too kind, actually, for some of our neighbors who actually take advantage of them sometimes. I know this because I have gotten to know them over the time I have been going there. Jasmine is very good with the dogs, I wonder sometimes if her deafness doesn't make her a little more sensitive to how the dogs communicate since she does it mainly by sight and touch. She always grooms them just the way I like it and for about 15% less than what I was paying. So there you have it. As for the hearing impairment issues, I find them no more difficult than working around the many other languages in Los Angeles. No one every understands me anyway, lol. I have had nothing but great experiences with Jasmine the groomer, her husband,, Richard and staff. I have used her since she open her doors. She is conscientious and thorough and goes the extra mile to get my dogs done right.The place is clean and well run and it truely is a small one women show. Jasmine is deaf, That means she cannot hear you and communicates through text. She can read lips and speak but because of her handicapped does not speak as clearly as a hearing person. She is Korean i think but her not speaking English as a first language has nothing to do with her ability to communicate. Her husband is hearing impaired. I have been using this dog grooming service for about a year now and I am very pleased with them. I had to switch out of my old groomers because they just weren't doing as good as a job due to new staff members so I had to cut them off. The first time that I came here I was really pleased with the results and being the overprotective mommy to my dog that I am, I actually stayed to watch and they were so gentle with her and I really liked that. Jasmine is a wonder! My dog, Bailey, is 16 years old, fraile and cranky. He is a maltsie/poodle. I would not trust anyone else to groom my dog. I know he is safe and in good hands. Bailey sees her once a month and I can just tell he feels better after his hair cut and bath. He looks so handsome when he comes home and has a dance in his step. My dog was dirty and matted -- I understand that and am willing to pay extra -- but when I picked him up, he was completely shaved, with no de-matting done. This dog is my emotional support, and seeing him like that caused a severe panic attack. The staff was dismissive, aggressive, and even threatened to call the police when I took a photo. I received a partial refund, but my dog's fur cannot be fixed. I do not recommend this salon. Groomers should care about honesty and quality, not just money.
