So disappointed because I used to champion them so much amongst the neighborhood but now this place is inconsistent, terrible & aloof customer service and the store owner recently raised the prices. If we're gonna raise the prices, let's raise the service level too. I'm giving them two stars because they were able to fit me in last minute which I appreciated the experience they claimed to provide and I would've expected the price was reasonable. However, my puppy's ear was cut and still had blood on it after I got her back home and there was blood near her nose, where she was also cut. Mistakes happen even really bad ones like this however, when I asked how she was and if there's anything I need to know, they failed to tell me about this. These cuts are clearly visible and there is no way they did not know about them. I recommend you find another place for your dog. read more

Such a great experience for me and the pooches. A couple days before Thanksgiving, Mini and Mia went in for their first grooming. Based on the reviews, I felt comfortable giving them a try. I am so happy that I did. Walking in they were welcoming and thorough with understanding what I wanted. When I got there later that day to pick them up, Gia was super easy going. When she brought Mia and Mini out, I expected Mia to be her typical above average socially anxious pup. But she was only a quarter of what she usually is when I pick them up from a groomer. First time ever she wasn't standing at the door waiting to get out. Jorge did an amazing job on their cuts for their first ever visit. I'm a fan. I get my pup's nails trimmed and filed here regularly and it is a great experience every time. My dog is a little high energy, so it takes some skill to get him to sit and endure a nail trim. The groomer does a great job, my boy never has any trauma or anxiety from the service (which has been an issue elsewhere). I am extremely picky about who and where I bring my fur son, and it is extremely important to me that there is personalized attention and service. With so many corporate chains springing up everywhere, it is so nice to find a business that is owned and run by an actual person, not an executive board. If there is an issue, I know I can communicate directly with the owner and not have to work up a chain of command. As a small business owner myself, I value the quality of care and professionalism you get from a well established business with years of experience, and with the owner personally involved in day to day operations. We been taking our miniature schnauzers here a few times, but today was sadly the last time. We asked for a traditional schnauzer cut as always but today when we picked him up he was all shaved without our approval. Their excuse was that it was a very busy day and they thought we gave them the approval to shave our poor schnauzer. The guy at the front desk had the audacity to lie to my face and say he got the approval to shave my dog and then he said he looked good! Are you kidding me?...Also, they cut my other dog last time and I let it slide and didn't say anything but from seeing other people's review I see that they do this to other dogs. Very unprofessional, and should have communicated with me. Gia was very sweet and called and apologized for what happened.
