Krystal then came out to our office and washed both dogs and spent plenty of time with both of them, making sure they got the care that they needed. She was super friendly and accommodating as well! It's such a relief knowing she is in such good hands when she is with Mark from Supreme Pawfection. Supreme is always punctual, kind, and listen well to your pets needs. I usually have quite a few requests and Mark never makes me feel like it's an issue or an annoyance for him to do. He joyfully accommodates Daisy's needs. It's also so nice that the fur baby is never having to be locked in a cage or exposed to other animals with the mobile grooming service. They usually have a cute accessory, too, like bows or bandanas. They offer hypoallergenic products as well which is perfect! They usually book up quickly so I'd recommend booking in advance. However, if needed, it's always worth asking if they can get you in on short notice, sometimes they can! They're great about trying to get you in as soon as possible. We really appreciate Mark's care and gentle manner with Daisy! She is a tiny rescue dog who can get scared easily, so it really means a lot to us. He literally spent time In their truck YELPING in October of 2023. Calling them back in the first place was our mistake. Seriously, avoid these groomers. And don't let their updated "nice" reply fool you. This is a review for the experience we had with Roxy as a groomer in February 5th, 2024, whereas the previous review was for the experience we had circa October 2024: Roxy was very unfriendly when we handed her our dog. She CONSTANTLY kept telling us how old he was, over and over. Afterwards, just saying "he's just so old," which... we know. That's why we booked your "senior fee." She was pretty unprofessional in this regard, and after he was done, she didn't give him a bandana or anything like that. The previous groom in October of 2023 had him YELPING from the van so loud we could hear it down the street and in our apartment. Why we called them back again in February to deal with Roxy, I'm not sure. I'm so grateful this place refused to groom my dog again because since, I've found a WONDERFUL mobile grooming service who are so sweet with my little dude - literally kiss him on the head and hold him like a little baby. Bummed I went to this place as long as I did, because they clearly hire incompetent groomers with a severe lack of compassion, but so thankful to have found the other mobile groomers! We also let sausage spend the night when we go on vacation and he gets to sleep IN BED with one of the girls because that's what he's used to at home. No crates (unless they want one)!!!
