Awesome place to shop for my girly girls. Prices aren't too shabby. I've been shopping with them for over a year for special occasions and this time the the only difference was stepping into the store to actually fit on the clothes. I've also referred a lot of my friends to them. They opened the new store in soho earlier this year, and I believe it was a smart decision on their path. The store is chic and classy. For those who can only shop online because they do not live in nyc, you'll be very impressed with their shipping times and quality customer service. I ordered the Laura dress for my birthday party last week and believe me when I say I felt Beautiful and Rich in it! Lol, jokes aside -the quality of their fabrics are top notch. Glory was amazing!!! I landed, rushed home to drop off my luggage, but I had to rush before the store closed because i needed a dress for an event. I called 15 minutes before the store closed as I got off the train, and told Glory I was close, and needed specific dresses in specific sizes. Not only did she deliver, but she kept the fitting room open for me even though they were close to closing time. I arrived, got my dresses in hand to try on, and though I only planned on buying 1, I bought 2 because they were gorgeous, and fit perfectly! I ordered 2 medium sized dresses. None of them fit. The sizing is absolutely horrible. I am a medium or small in everything. Both of these dresses fit way too small. The sizing said 6/8 but I felt like I was squeezing into a 4. Most of their items are on sale, so YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK if it doesn't fit. You'll get store credit and have to settle for one of their trash size items. Now I'm stuck with 100 + store credit hoping that the next items I choose will fit. There are hardly any reviews so it's hard to know how it will fit on different body types other than a size 2 model! read more

The customer service is horrible here, they treat you like you're weird for even coming into the store, and barely answer your questions. Absolutely no manners nor eye contact. The place has a very strong smell, like old lady perfume for what is a chic young style. The Air conditioning in the dressing rooms is just non existent so you're just sweating trying things on. I ordered a dress and had concerns about the delay in shipping. I reached out to Miss Circle for 3-days and no one responded. After 3-days someone finally responded to all my communication citing everything I read on their website. Eventually a person responded to my email. May I recommend you update your business hours to remove the expectation of return communication. read more

The problem was it said it was delivered but I never received it. I contacted their customer service and received a short msg "contact UPS." What? First off this company's sizes are not accurate. Some run smaller than others and they'll give the impression that returns are a simple process but when it comes to returning a product, they have a 14-day rule that you have to ship back etc. However, they will not respond to you for return instructions or respond vaguely until it's past 14 days and you can no longer return. They have good customer service until it regards a return and suddenly they lost all their brain cells. If it doesn't fill you're screwed. read more

If possible I'd give 0 stars I contacted CS regarding a recent order that I made. I was ENSURED that the dress that I had purchased and needed to exchange for the proper size was indeed in stock and that I would receive up upon my return. Not only did I have to pay $20+ for the return but I had to constantly contact CS regarding the return and the proper size. More than a week has passed and I email CS (yet again) only to hear that the dress I was indeed promised is no Longer available. What a complete waste of my time and efforts with this company. Not only is the dress unavailable (leaving me to scramble to look for another formal dress to wear in the UK, but the also claim that it smells and has a perfume order. I can't/don't even wear perfume and when I tried on the dress I was indeed fresh out of the shower. The dress I ordered was WAY too big and therefore I was unsuccessful in my attempt to try it on. Horrible customer service. My returns package was delayed because of Covid. I had to re-ship it out, the tracking reads that it has been delivered. I contact customer service and they're telling me they have not received it and I should reach out to USPS by myself. Stay away! Terrible customer service. They do not follow their own return policy and make up policies as they go along. They don't care about their customers, they just want your money. When I questioned how she came up with the extra charges on my credit card, I was told that that's how they do things at Miss Circle. I honestly don't see them lasting very long. As a customer, this is one of the worst stores I have ever had to deal with. Screw the dresses. The REAL issue for this store is management. Not only do they treat customers like trash, but they also treat their staff even worse. Pretty sure they do not understand how to run a business and instead, use their itty-bitty knowledge to try to hold the store together. They do not care even a BIT about anyone except the benjamins that come their way. Don't even think about spending your money here.
