We got three truffles, raspberry, peppermint and candied ginger. We also got a French hot chocolate (made with half a bar of chocolate and whole milk, as opposed to the sipping chocolate which is made from half a bar of chocolate and heavy cream!) It was so rich and delicious! The staff was full of information about the offerings, although they seemed only mildly interested in sharing their wisdom on this particular day. They aren't currently letting folks sit inside to eat and drink (they have signage that shares that they have a little one with chronic illness who they are trying to keep healthy) but they have a few chairs and tables outside and it was a lovely day so that is exactly what we did! If you look on the map in the store front you'll see pins from all over U.S. and many countries that they've shipped to over the years. The staff is always friendly and patient, even when there's a long line. I love that it's in the middle of old town and that it's a stand alone. If you're indecisive, they'll let you try the flavors and they will even mix and match flavors on any size. I don't live in Fort Collins anymore, but I do think about this place often and make sure I stop by anytime I'm in town, regardless of the weather outside!
