They can do up to three flavors for the small, however, I'm the only one that got more than one flavor. That tiramisu one was spot on! It was messy but I didn't care the flavor was worth it, hubby got peanut butter, kid 2 got mango passion fruit sorbet (the non dairy option) and kid three got watermelon sorbet. They both enjoyed their flavors, hubby said his was "light" in flavor. The ladies up front offered us samples, we didn't take advantage of it but it was a nice gesture. The interior is small but there are seats available. Oh! And slightly pricey, buyer beware, they were about $6/cup for the "small" size. read more

Paciugo has always been the absolute best gelato On par with what I found in Italy. I moved here from Chicago and just found the Loveland store. I'm so disappointed to find it literally a watered down version of itself. Flavors are good with not too much sugar. However the base is now more of an ice than gelato. What did you do???? The girls here were nice so I don't want to give them a bad rating but I paid 30 bucks for a half-kilogram panettone which is a ridiculous amount of money for something that's mostly wheat flour. The prices on the video menu go by too quickly. read more

My mom and I used to get gelato when I was younger, but the place we used to go closed. Then when my girlfriend and I were up in Johnstown I found this place and knew we had to give it a shot! It was honestly the best gelato!! We tried tiramisu - if you like coffee liquor you'd like this one, personally it wasn't for me, 5/10. S'mores - chocolatey, marshmallow, with graham, delicious, 8/10. Chai - listen, I am a chai girl and this gelato was everything I could dream of, 10/10. Lastly, Cannoli - this one had chunks of cannoli shell and the ice cream was incredible, it was super sweet and the texture was perfect, 9/10. Not quite true gelato, but I still really enjoy it for a chain gelato establishment. They have a ton of flavors. The dark chocolate is my favorite! I have to say the chocolate covered waffle cone is exceptional! Crunchy, but still slightly soft in the center and fresh. Get that for sure. We loved this spot! The staff was so nice and patient as we all tried the different flavor to see what we liked! They have a great selection too! The gelato was so flavorful and creamy! We really enjoyed it! It's right next to Bent the Fork so slip on by for dessert after lunch or dinner. The shop is clean and inviting. We sad outside and enjoyed the beautiful day. What a little gem !! We were looking for it after Siri dropped us in the of the mall. We noticed a store with a line coming out the door. That was it. It's hard to find gelato and even harder to find great gelato!! This place is great !! So many excellent unique choices and excellent service. Would have given 2.5 stars if possible. Don't get me wrong, the gelato was really good. But the service well, not so much. There was one girl out of the five behind the counter eating A cone herself. I don't want to see the employees eating food around food. And the fifth girl? Well it turns out she doesn't even work there, she was just sipping on her Starbucks and chatting with her homies. Out of the other three it would've been nice if one of them would've either cracked a smile or pretended to care. Ok gelato, dirty cafe. I guess a messy shop comes with the Saturday night territory, however, when we arrived there was only one other couple sitting in the cafe which was dirty and disheveled. I used the restroom first and the bathroom had urine all over the toilet and dirty floors as well. Back in the cafe, the windows were also smudged up with hand prints, there was a wet floor sign shoved under a table and the table tops were filthy as well. Had they been under staffed and super busy, I might have been more understanding, however there were 3 people behind the counter chatting away while few customers sat in a dirty shop. If you're craving gelato, it will fill the need, but I'd recommend taking it to go to enjoy in a cleaner environment. read more

This is hands down the best gelato my husband and I have ever eaten * small disclaimer * we have not had gelato in Italy for comparison. BUT, stateside, this is the best. No trip to Centerra shopping area is complete without some gelato lovin.' Today I got the mini which is 2 flavors. They had pistachio today and that's a must combined with the turtle. My husband had the salted caramel, wedding cake and tiramisu. Not only do they tell you there is less fat than regular ice cream (bring on the pint!) but the flavors are intense and true. The gelato was really good and had many options to choose from! Very flavorful. I definitely would go back and recommend to others! But unfortunately, my boyfriend and I went in for a sweet treat but instead left with a sour taste in our mouth. The girl who was working Sunday night was very unfriendly and unpleasant. Which is super sad. I even asked the other customer if she felt the gal was rude to her as well and she said yes. Before we were even fully through the door she was yelling at us "what can I get started for you?!" (Oh! We decided to try out Paciugo for the first time after reading rave reviews on Yelp. They definitely deserve the praise. We loved it! The staff is very friendly and you can tell they're passionate about gelato. They encourage sampling here so be sure to try out a few flavors. We ordered the creme brulee, pistachio almond and a kids scoop of French vanilla bean. The French vanilla bean is the best vanilla I've ever tasted! (I love vanilla everything so I've had many vanillas.) On the website they have lots of flavors listed that I assume they alternate through the shop. I hope one day I'll be able to try out the green tea flavors they have listed. Highly recommended! read more

This place is awesome. The gelato is as good as any I had when I was in Italy. Super creamy and packed with flavor. Just typing this makes me want to go there. The pistachio is amazing. I always get a trio with pistachio, wedding cake, and either hazelnut or rootbeer. The only drawback is that sometimes they get sold out of some of the flavors. Also, if you've got a student ID you can take a date there on Wednesday's and get by one get one free. read more

Unfortunately when I asked for one the staff had no clue what I was talking about. Not sure if they don't offer espresso shakes at this location, but their online menu shows it. ? They know about frappes, so to not hold the line up I made a rushed decision on a frappe. It was good, but kind if a bummer when you're taste buds are set for something else. This place is seriously a treat. The gelato is perfect! What I love most is their large, rotating selection of flavors. They have traditional such as violet and rose as well as old favorites like rocky road and cookie dough. My favorites: hazelnut, tiramisu, and red velvet. read more
