Been super excited to try this place since it opened. They were temporarily closed for a while with not a lot of communication, which is fine, things happen. We walked in and there was no one there. Many of us ordered at the kiosk, and eventually, there were 3 or 4 parties waiting silently with no one coming out. I had questions, but there was no one to answer. Someone in the back saw us multiple times but did not address us. Eventually, someone came out with our drinks. They looked delicious and I was excited, but the taste was very disappointing. Another review said they use instant espresso which makes a lot of sense. I could make a better coffee at home, so to spend $7 on a drink made with instant espresso is very disappointing. We were excited to try it because the inside looked cute and the atmosphere was honestly pretty nice, but the coffee completely ruined it for us. We literally watched the worker make the drinks using instant espresso, which was shocking considering the drinks were almost $7 each. For those prices, I expected actual espresso and quality coffee, not something that tasted like it came from a packet I could make at home in two minutes. The coffee itself was honestly one of the worst coffees I've ever had. It tasted watery, bitter, and cheap at the same time, and it definitely did not taste fresh. It felt like a complete rip off for the price. We tried to give it a chance, but after a few sips we couldn't even drink it and ended up throwing both drinks away. The only positive part of the experience was the male worker because he was actually nice and polite. Other than that, the whole thing just felt overhyped. Also, the cafe is basically being run from a cart setup, which made the high prices feel even crazier once we saw how the drinks were being made. It's a bit hidden, but once you find it, it's definitely a treat. The front looks small since it shares space with another venue, but if you walk through the hallway, it opens up into a huge and really beautiful seating area, which was a nice surprise. I ordered a latte and while it didn't have as strong of a coffee kick as I usually prefer, it was still good and smooth. The staff were very helpful and made ordering easy. First the location isn't great, it's very tucked away and inconvenient. Happy that I finally got to try Miss Love's Cafe. I've been wanting to stop by, but they closed at 2pm before and they now close at 5pm which works way better for me. The barista was really kind and showed me around since it was my first time. He showed me that they have a banquet area for parties and a bar area where he makes the coffee and matcha. There's also seating there if you don't want to sit in the entrance area. I had a cookie butter matcha and it was so good! The only thing I didn't like, was that it had too much ice. Not sure if he added too much on accident or if that's how they prepare their drinks. Next time, I'm going to ask. I make lattes at church and that's a little too much ice. I also got a cookie butter latte for my daughter to take home and he removed the ice so it wouldn't get watered down. My friend found this place on yelp. We walked here from drafts sports center for our daughter's vball tournament. Located in a business park area. There's a sign out front that says coffee. Two entrances said B-1. There's a little sit down area at the entrance but the seats were all taken. The worker brought us to the back for extra seating. I wanted to love Miss Loves Before even going to try miss loves I was already thrown off because their hours are mon-fri 8-2 so it's not easy to go try them. When we were walked in it was clean, but there was no one at the counter. I then saw the order iPad screen thing. (Which I personally dislike, and almost instantly makes me not want to return) the screen menu had more drink options than the sign behind the counter. It also had a bunch of different required options to select like how much sugar, but without someone to explain it I wasn't sure what that meant. After I placed my order on the screen someone came out from the back and brought a guest waiting their drink. And also took the order or 3 people that walked in while we were using the iPad to order. He offered to show us, and the other 3 guests, the "study hall" and back room. It was very interesting. The space is a small coffee shop up front, then has a middle room, the "study hall" with the coffee cart, tables and other decorations, and behind that was a large event space with more tables and decorations. They are a coffee shop and event center. The event space is called Diana Sparkles, if I remember correctly. Should I ever need event space, it was nice to learn a space like that existed around here. Super weird experience here. We ordered our coffees with no problem (except they automatically have it on a 15% tip) so make sure you are paying attention. We were outside for less than 2 minuets and a lady is sitting down on her laptop tells us oh there's a hallway in the back you can wait at and we said we know it's just crowded and a little stuffy we want to wait outside, she got on her walkie-talkie to someone and said you need to tell people to wait down the hallway cuz they're not going to know how to get their coffee (even though I saw the kid bringing coffees back to the lobby and handing them out). And then she told us again about the waiting area in the back and we told her we were happy to wait outside for a minute because we wanted fresh air. She went in and maybe said something to the kid working the counter because whenever we did decide to go in the back waiting area he kept looking at us. The waiting area in the back is some sort of event room, it was dark and there was just a cart where two ladies were making coffee. The lady outside was maybe the manager or the owner but either way she was super rude.
