I realli like the set up inside the coffee shop, spacious, tables available to sit or to study. Outdoor tables available as well. The Menu is pretty general but they do have a seasonal menu. I ordered the Honey Lavender Latter with almond milk sub. Coffee tasted pretty good but could be stronger. If you need a quick bite, dessert, patries and sandwiches are available. I visited this café looking for a quiet place to sit and work briefly while waiting for an appointment. When I asked about Wi-Fi, I was told a purchase was required, which I understood. I chose to use my own mobile hotspot instead and continued working. At no point was I informed that remaining in the space without making a purchase was not permitted, nor was any time limit communicated. Later, the owner approached me and asked me to leave because I had not purchased anything, explaining that the café was not a public library and referencing others who use cafés as workspaces. As someone who values and supports small businesses--especially in our post-pandemic community--I was disappointed by the lack of compassion and clarity in how this was handled. I understand and respect a business owner's right to set policies, but when those expectations are not clearly communicated to all guests, enforcement can feel abrupt and personal. Small businesses often pride themselves on community, warmth, and care. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I had here. My friend and I stopped here for coffee this morning and enjoyed it at a nearby park! I got the cinnamon honey latte and my friend got a vanilla matcha. Both were with almond milk. We also shared a cranberry orange muffin which they warmed up for us! Everything was super tasty and the baristas were friendly as well. The place is cozy and was busy for a Thursday morning. The owner seems way too comfortable being unprofessional around customers--cussing openly and speaking poorly about her own staff. Meanwhile, the opening shift feels like the complete opposite--cold, blunt, and uninterested. The vibe in this place is just... off. You can feel the tension. My biggest issue was that their complementary wifi was really spotty and would intermittently disconnect even though there were only about 3 people including myself working on their laptops. We would always come here after doctor appointments and loved having toffeenut lattes. I love the ice they have! The breakfast sandwiches are also super good. I like crave's coffee, but their matcha isn't it. It is super sweet & tastes mostly like milk. I also didn't like that there were matcha bits at the bottom, I had to smash them so it wasn't just bits. The service is great, and the employees are nice. But cmon this doesn't taste like matcha, just sugar & milk. With how much it cost me ( nearly 9 dollars for a 16 oz ) the matcha shouldn't be cooking grade quality. Overall drinks were not good at all, also you cannot get drinks remade which almost all locations I've been to offer drink remakes if you don't like it. Don't get the blended drinks here because it is all watered down. They put so much ice, that you can barely taste any coffee flavor for the drinks. The ones I got were also very bland. I got the pumpkin spice blended which was pretty bad. It separated almost immediately, literally brought my drink to my seat and a lot of the pumpkin was already at the bottom of the drink. It also tasted strange, compared to other pumpkin coffees I've had. Not really sure what it was. We also got a white mocha blended which was basically very tasteless and extremely watered down. It was kinda okay tho. I had very high hopes for this place considering the high yelp reviews. So I was extremely disappointed. We didn't finish our drinks and left to Starbucks instead. I frequent this coffee shop usually in the day time around noon. It's visible I've made positive comments from over a year ago. The old staff was great, I can't say the same currently. I get the same drink all the time large hot latte, no foam, oat milk, every time. The Hispanic woman that always has a ponytail, usually there in the day. She makes a great latte, she's clean, sweet and so kind. I'm convinced all the other negative reviews might be about this same girl that serviced me this evening. Very similar experiences and behavior were previously described. This evening Friday 1/23 5:30pm, not busy at all. I came in a caucasian girl with long wavy hair and glasses rang me up and made my drink. I actually left a tip too. This evening she handled my cash, didn't wash her hands fine. When I got my drink I always add the cane sugar myself when I opened the lid only HALF, literally only HALF the large cup was filled ???? I honestly thought it was a mistake at first. I asked her could she please add more milk please. I said it very politely, she looked at me crazy, took the cup frowned her face, her body was tensed up, and she turned her back towards me to make faces at her peers. I know she did because they looked at me in shock. It made me extremely uncomfortable. I could feel her energy and from her body language she was upset with me. Why ? I was confused and uncomfortable , if anything I should be the one annoyed. She then said well your drink may have some foam in it ??? I was in shock at her behavior, like are you okay lady? I was a barista for 5 years. If you can't make a latte without the foam, well babe you need more practice. The drink making and customer service needs improvement ASAP, its went downhill. I'm trying to stop drinking coffee anyway so I won't be returning. She was extremely rude and mean to me, I was shocked. It made me very uncomfortable! Came here very early in the morning to get a fast breakfast. I avoided the bagel, as all the pictures on Yelp looked disappointing and I didn't want to risk it. So I did the croissant with all my toppings (sausage, butter, egg, cheese). I was shocked .85 cents just to add "butter"! Guess that's what you get, when you go to these hipster type coffee shops.
